Dispone di un letto king size, NUOVO schermo piatto da 49 "T. V. con HBO e WiFi gratuiti. Il suo angolo cottura è completamente attrezzato (frigorifero completo, 4 fuochi / forno, forno a microonde, macchina per il caffè, pentole, piatti e utensili), tavolo e sedie per 2 persone e un divano letto (per altre 2 persone). Asciugamani e lenzuola forniti.

    Questa unità unica si trova al primo piano (vicino alla rampa per disabili) e offre un facile accesso alla porta d'ingresso, ma il suo balcone privato ha vista dal secondo piano! Porta comodamente a casa tua la spesa senza il fastidio degli ascensori. Le vacanze non sono mai state così facili! Rilassati e goditi il suo fronte oceano diretto, balcone privato o rilassati nella piscina fronte mare / fronte mare e nella piscina per bambini, che attende 1 piano sotto con la spiaggia a pochi passi di distanza. The location is great!! Super convenient to wonderful restaurants, and the complex is adjacent to an entrance to the beach. The unit is exactly as pictured and the one issue we had was quickly resolved.

The view was disappointing due to construction. We stayed at Pirates Cove 2 years ago and assumed the pool would be open, which it was not.

Wonderful location

The decor got you into the vacation mood. They really did their best to think of everything you needed to enjoy your stay. When we go back I will be doing my best to find and rent this again!!!

Room was good. Parking was tricky being limited due to construction. Check-in process was aggravating due to a 3rd party management company as I did not see the email from them because there was no VBRO alert as I usually get. The code instructions were not put into the VBRO reservation- was only in the email from the mgt company.

Quaint place to stay, unfortunately our visit was cut short and was only able to stay for 4 days due to a death in family. So, unfortunately I wouldn't be the best to give a complete review.

As described!

Exactly like the picture. Furnished and well-stocked; has everything you need for a week away from home. As noted, the room itself overlooks a parking lot then the beach. Ample free parking on site. The pool is currently under construction (aka: no pool, lots of jackhammers).My only suggestion/request would be: more toilet paper and a patio drying rack :)For what I'm sure are a plethora of reasons, the beach has significantly eroded in recent years. People still drive on it but that's about all you can do .... I suppose you could prop up chairs and tan but don't expect a "beach day" in the traditional sense, especially with kids. Bring your own beach towels.Keypad didn't work until about 3 minutes past 3pm.

We didn’t receive the check in email and called about it, the lady working with itrip Daytona was VERY rude to us. Once we got the code to get in the place itself was so well decorated and clean. The studio was stocked with everything you could need to cook your own meals. They don’t have scissors, weird but we did need them a few times but just used a knife lol. The view was great. There is a parking lot between your balcony view and it was under construction so that wasn’t pretty but looking past it, being right by the beach is always nice. Overall, the studio was very comfortable and functioned well for what we needed. Perfect for 2 people. I wouldn’t recommend for a family.

Reasons for poor rating

The problems started with having to communicate via email with property management if you had any issues. No one wants to sit by their computer waiting for an email response. There were supposed to be 2 property keys to be used to access pool, gym, beach...etc there was only one. There were supposed to be 2 parking passes there were none (threat of car being towed without a parking pass does not create a stress-free environment). Apparently, the maintenance staff was aware of this but no note indicating the key and passes were missing was left for us. It made for a very tense first couple days. We finally received one pass after the first 24 hours, and the 2nd key arrived Thursday afternoon. Days after we had to deal with letting each other in or out of the pool and beach area. The door from the unit to its balcony would not lock. Since we were only one floor above the ground, anyone could climb up from their car in the parking lot just below to our balcony. The electric stove did not seem safe to use as all the heating elements seemed to be loose. Maintenance never responded to our complaint regarding the unit not being secure. I am very disappointed with ITRIP who managed the property mainly because the customer service and contacts for issues are via emai.l. Thankfully, we did not require an emergency maintenance issue such as A/C not working. Satellite TV worked very intermittently. Initial appearance of unit was very disappointing. The front door could definitely use a new paint job!
