Additionally, the condo features a dining table for 4 right in the kitchen area. Gather around for meals, conversations, and even games as you soak in the stunning beach scenery.

We want to make sure your family has a comfortable and relaxing stay. Please note that while the condo can accommodate up to 4 individuals, the pull-out sofa is designed with children and teens in mind. This thoughtful setup ensures that everyone in the family has their own cozy space to rest and recharge.

The full (though compact) kitchen is equipped with all the essentials to whip up your favorite meals. From dishes and pots/pans to cooking and eating utensils, we've got you covered. A knife block and coffee pot are at your disposal for added convenience. Whether you're preparing a quick breakfast or indulging in a homemade dinner, the kitchen has you covered.

Our pools and pool deck are Open. You can access the beach directly from our pool deck.

Parking for this property is limited to one vehicle per rental. One parking pass is found inside the room upon arrival. The parking pass must be left inside the room to avoid a service charge of $50.00 for replacement. The parking lot is an open area with no designated spaces. Please note that trailers are restricted to a maximum length of 16 feet. BUT No Trailer parking during Bike week and Biketoberfest. As you utilize the parking lot, we kindly request that you respect the surroundings by refraining from discarding trash or other items from your vehicle. Given the limited size of the parking lot and the presence of fellow vacationers, your consideration is greatly appreciated.

Guests are welcome to use the provided carts, conveniently stationed just inside the entrance, to transport their belongings to the condo. Following unloading, kindly return the cart to the front area for the benefit of other guests.

Nestled within the heart of Daytona Beach Shores, you'll find a range of amenities in the vicinity. To cater to your grocery needs, a Winn Dixie store is located just north of the resort. Additionally, a 7-11 is within walking distance, offering easy access for any immediate requirements. A variety of restaurants are scattered around the resort, providing you with diverse dining options during your stay.

Should you wish to explore the area, right across the street from the complex is Boogie Down Golf Carts & Bicycles. Here, you have the option to rent golf carts and beach cruiser-style bicycles. However, please note that this business is separate from ours, and we do not offer any discounts in connection with their services.
