Spettacolare condominio di fronte all'oceano diretto al decimo piano in Opus! 3 camere da letto, 3 bagni, balcone enorme e quasi 2000 piedi quadrati di spazio (Matterport 3D Scan disponibile su richiesta, completo di procedure dettagliate, pianta del pavimento e vista della casa delle bambole!) Piscina e vasca idromassaggio con vista sull'oceano, incredibili viste sull'oceano, sul fiume Halifax e sulla Daytona International Speedway. C'è un campo da minigolf direttamente dall'altra parte della strada, e un Winn Dixie Grocery Store a solo un isolato a sud. Molto vicino al centro di Daytona Beach e al lungomare, così come il molo di Sunglow, l'ingresso di Ponce e molto altro ancora. Un'ora di macchina a Orlando, Disney e gli altri parchi a tema. Belle gite giornaliere al nord e al sud sulla A1A, tanto da fare e sarai nel cuore di tutto!

Griglia elettrica per l'uso sul balcone. Cucina completamente attrezzata, tutte le lenzuola e gli asciugamani forniti, basta portare i vestiti e lo spazzolino da denti e sarete a posto! Sono disponibili anche giochi da spiaggia e sedie a sdraio!

Si prega di notare che Homeaway / VRBO a volte erroneamente dice che questa unità fa parte della proprietà Towers Grande. Non è. Si trova in Opus.

Una nota per il ritorno degli affittuari: tutti i tappeti sono stati rimossi all'inizio del 2018 e sostituiti con bellissimi pavimenti duri!

we have stayed in several opus condos so know and love the location. the beach view and proximity can’t be beat! recommend for a relaxing and refreshing week away from home:) manager and owner communications were great from booking to chekout.

Great condo!!

This was our second time staying in this unit (3rd time at the Opus) and we really enjoyed our stay! Plenty of room, very clean, and the best view! No complaints. I could definitely see us coming back again!

Loved our stay at the Opus condo

We had a great time and loved our stay at the Opus condo. I stayed with my daughter, her husband and my grandkids. We all had a great time. Everything was as promised, well stocked and supplied, clean and beautiful. One week was not nearly long enough!

Condo was perfect. Great layout and location. Very secure. Pool and hot tub was better than the pictures. Definitely understand now why people love the sound of the ocean. We plan on renting condo again

Awesome view; great accommodations

Aaron (the host) was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. The place is absolutely wonderful with a spectacular view of the ocean and sunrises. There is plenty of space for everyone and the kitchen is primo. Bring your k-cups for the Keurig.

Beautiful View

The condo was exactly as described. There was 10 of us that stayed there ( 6 adults and 4 children) and we were all very comfortable. The view from the balcony was breathe taking. After a long day out in the heat it was very enjoyable and relaxing coming back to the condo. Thank you!

Amazing Condo - Let down by the pool

This condo was very nice. However, the listing stated the pool deck MAY be closed, which led me to believe the pool would still be available. The listing showed beautiful pictures of the pool and hot tub. My klds were looking forward partially to the ocean, and primarily to the pool. I found out the pool had been out of service for two years. I think the ad should have read the pool itself is closed and is not expected to be opened until a certain date. I would have booked somewhere else. They are working on it but I have no idea when it will be available. I tired to cut my trip short for a partial refund to get a place with a pool for my kids but the owner would not allow it. I am grateful my family was able to spend valuable time together. We enjoyed the privacy, view and pool table. Ice cream and restaurants are very close.

Beautiful Oceanfront Condo

The condo was perfect, and the beach was amazing. The check in and out process was a breeze. The property was clean and well kept. The view was beautiful. The construction on the pool area was not disturbing and it looks like it will be beautiful when complete. We intend on booking this property again next summer!

Absolutely Fantastic!!

We had a great time in Aaron’s condo. The place is amazing. The views are incredible. The beds are comfy, the kitchen is well stocked, and the layout is great. Daytona Beach Shores is a great location. This condo is close to everything but in a safe quiet area. We never went anywhere else to the beach other than right behind the condo. No need. The beach is perfect. Our family of 5 had a great time here. We highly recommend this condo for your vacation in Daytona.

Wonderful condo

The condo and communication with the owner/property manager were excellent. The condo is spacious and was very clean. This was our first time to Daytona. It was super convenient for a day trip to the theme parks in Orlando, but I would recommend driving a bit if you are looking for beach shopping and dining. Ormond Beach is not far and seemed a lot safer then shopping at the pier in Daytona. Like I said, this was our first time in Daytona, and it was convenient for our needs, but I am not a fan of beaches that allow cars and trucks on the beach. It was hard to remind my 6yr old to look both ways for cars. When the tide is high there is no option but to be right up by the driving lane. The weekend and Memorial Day were the worst when it came to the traffic and crowds (which is to be expected). Through out the week it was much better, but you still occasionally had to deal with beach goers blaring music from their cars/trucks that you can not escape from. Don’t get me wrong, I’m a fan of music on the beach, just not subjecting everyone around to it. There was a lot of foul language rap being played near us at most times. I give the condo, the owner, and the management a 10 out of 10, but Daytona I would give a 6 out of 10. We all agreed that we were very happy with the condo itself.

Exceptional views

The house was spacious and clean with a dedicated parking spot. The views from balcony are the highlight of the house. The manager was easy to reach and quick to reapond. Highly recommend if you plan to visit Daytona with your family and friends.

Beautiful view & clean!

Great experience, quiet, very comfortable beds with all types of pillows & assorted blankets to choose from, very well stocked kitchen, bldg & condo very well maintained, 10th floor view is amazing! No new renters were coming in today so they allowed us to stay for a later check out since we had a late flight. This place is an A+!!
