Laid Back Cozy Beach Cottage with all the Amenities Including Bikes and Beach Toys for you to Enjoy!

Arrive in vacation mode and make yourself at home. Indoor/outdoor living at its finest with a secluded covered outdoor grilling and dining space included... a rare gem in Daytona Shores.

The relaxed and cozy indoor space has been designed to with the utmost care to make you feel right at home. Inviting bedrooms with quality linens and light shielding curtains let you rest and relax to your hearts content. A comfortable and sunny living room with a 55" smart TV with WIFI included lets you stay as connected as you'd like. The kitchen and dining includes brand new appliances and everything you will need to cook a meal at home when you don't feel like going out. The freshly updated bathroom includes and tub and shower and plenty of fluffy towels for our guests.

The enclosed entryway allows you plenty of space to unload luggage, shoes, beach gear, etc and comes stocked with bikes and beach toys that can be customized for your stay by reaching out to the owner.

The outdoor covered patio includes a bbq, a six person dining space with market lights, and sunset views to 'grill out' to your heart's content and enjoy the ocean breeze.

The cottage is walking or biking distance to all that makes the Shores so charming... the beach, the river, parks, pickle ball, grocery store, restaurants & bars, mini golf, nature trails... you name it. Even take a stroll to the Best Western to enjoy their pristine pool, available to the public at no charge, just a block away.

This sweet beach cottage is made up of two units with totally private entrances and separate outdoor living areas. This listing is for the REAR unit. Inquire with the owner directly if you are interested in renting both units together.

Great little place.

I stayed here for a race weekend with a few friends and it was perfect for what we needed. if you’re looking for a quaint clean place to stay this is it! Can walk to ihop and 711 which was very convenient as well.

Perfect Vacation!

My fiancé and I came down for a short vacation just us. Was perfect for what we were looking for! Cozy nights on the couch, close to the beach, just a short Uber ride to the restaurants and such we wanted to visit. Came with all the amenities as advertised. Property manager was quick to respond with any questions or concerns we raised. We’ve definitely found our new vacation spot, and will definitely be staying here again! Can’t wait for our next visit!

Fantastischer Urlaub mit der Familie

Der Aufenthalt in der Wohnung war sehr schön. Egal ob zum Frühstücken, Lebensmittel einkaufen oder am Strand, alles ist in nur 5min zu erreichen. Und dennoch ist man leicht abgelegen und kann die Ruhe genießen. Wir würden wieder kommen und können es weiterempfehlen. Das Besteck wie Töpfe ist minimalistisch eingerichtet… mit einem Topf und einer Pfanne kommt man mit einer Familie von 4 Personen nicht gut aus. Der einzige negative Punkt den ich geben muss ist, es gibt kein Wäscheständer oder Wäscheleine um die Handtücher nach einem Badetag am Meer aufhängen zu können.

Idealer Ort für unseren Kurztrip

Wir waren während der Harley Bikeweek 2024 2 Nächte hier und die Unterkunft war für uns perfekt. Nicht nur nette Gastgeber sondern eine sauberes, geräumiges, liebevoll und geschmackvoll, eingerichtetes Ferienhaus. Supermarkt gleich um die Ecke und zur Mainstreet 4 km.
