“The cleaning staff was exceptional. Our room was tidy every day. The desk staff was available to answer questions. We didn’t have breakfast but it looked and smelled delectable. The location, while away from the train stations is located near the Grote Markt and the heart of the central city. ”

“The location is right in the centre of Mechelen, but the inside condition is poor in all aspects. Cleaning is below average, furniture needs some upgrades. I had 2 set of towels, 1 clean, 1 not. No amenities in bathroom, only a phon with a thick layer of dust. I would not recommend to professionals nor to a family looking for a cheap accomodation”

“Struttura ricavata in un palazzo vecchio ma tipico e di recente riammodernamento, posizionato esattamente sopra la fermata della M6 di Stuyvenberg, nel quartiere di Heysel. Camere non molto spaziose, ma pulite e confortevoli in giusta misura. Possibilità di parcheggio a pagamento oppure (con difficoltà) nelle strade adiacenti. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.”

“Struttura nuovissima. Peccato che non abbiano isolato acusticamente le camere e che non abbiano minimamente ammortizzato la chiusura della porta frangifuoco che sbatte molto rumorosamente. La mancanza di posate degne di questo nome a colazione, rovina il servizio: la scusa è ecologica, vengono fornite posate in bioplastica che non servono a nulla, bastava fornire posate metalliche da lavare e si sarebbe risolto il problema.”
