The Space:

The apartment offers a very spacious open living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a cosy dining area, a comfortable TV corner and a separate sitting area where you can quietly enjoy a morning coffee. From the sitting area, you have access to a balcony. The large kitchen provides all the facilities needed to prepare delicious meals together with your travel companions.



The apartment has 3 bedrooms: 2 rooms with a double bed and 1 room with a bunk bed. In addition, the sofa in the living room can be converted into a single bed, making Esplanade Promenade suitable for up to 7 guests.



The spacious bathroom is equipped with a shower and single washbasin. There are also 2 separate toilets in the apartment, offering extra comfort for larger groups.



Upon arrival, an outdoor parking space is provided for 1 car. Thanks to its excellent location, you stay close to the Esplanade, within walking distance of the sea, promenade, shops, restaurants and cafés. The generous spaces and central location make this apartment ideal for a relaxing stay at the coast.

PRE-CHECK-IN AND RENTAL DEPOSIT:

If you book this accommodation you agree to pay a rental deposit of € 500. A few days before arrival, if your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email with a pre-check-in form. In it we will ask for your personal contact information and you will also need to arrange the rental deposit. After paying the rental deposit and completing the pre-check-in form, you will receive the necessary check-in instructions along with great tips and addresses of the area. Check-in to the accommodation is possible 24/24.



LINEN:

Quality bed linen and towels for in the kitchen and bathroom are NOT provided in this accommodation.



CLEANING:

Upon arrival, the accommodation is professionally prepared and cleaned. Cleaning is included in the price. You, as a guest, must leave the accommodation in a clean condition when leaving the accommodation. If the accommodation is not left properly and excessively dirty, additional fees will be charged.



CONSUMPTION:

Normal consumption of water, heating and electricity are included in the rental price. Excessive consumption will result in additional charges.



CONTROL:

The accommodation is checked for damage and theft at every check-in and check-out. Damage incurred during the rental period must be reported immediately. The guest uses the accommodation at his/her own risk. The owner and the rental office are not responsible for theft or accidents that happen in and around the accommodation.



OTHER:

Rentus is the property agent who operates in the name and on behalf of the owner. The accommodation is furnished and equipped with kitchen and sanitary facilities. Cooking utensils and dishes are provided for the number of people allowed in the accommodation. The total price includes the rental of the accommodation (of which 90% refers to the property and 10% to the furniture), the cleaning fee and any administration costs.
