“We love this place- it's simple, comfortable, clean and everything you need is availableKathe is an excellent host. Our arrival time kept changing and she was very kind and available. We are definitely returning and this will be our go to as we come to this area every few months.”

“The location and view was great, quiet. Air conditioner didn’t work the second night it was 85 degrees inside, first night was cool outside so wasn’t noticeable. We didn’t get back till late so we didn’t bother trying to get help with it. No working lights outside, blinds are all broken, fridge/freezer not cold my ice melted over night. Rodent killer bottle sitting outside the door. I cleaned the dehumidifier filter as it was completely coated with dust. The ac head is dirty so it probably needs...

“Host was attentive to my questions and responded to any inquires in good time. We had a very nice time with family.”

“Overall good property but could use a little updating/clean up, all around the property is clutter. Around the pool there are left over items from previous guests, pool cover (ripped), broken chairs, etc. there is also a lot of extra leftover items below deck around hot tub and fire pit. Property just need a little maintenance - light bulbs need changed, pool is leaking, etc.We had a lot of fun but a few items that would have made it perfect! It was a fun experience for our extended family!”

“Had some water temp issues during the winter time. But owner worked with us well to accommodate any issues.”

We heard that fall brings a whole...
