“Clean room, working fridge, working AC”

“Hotel and staff were excellent. Slight problem: woke up at 3:30 in the morning a little warm, so turned on the air conditioner. Unfortunately, it whistled and kept us up. I told the staff in the morning and they said they were aware of that problem and will need to fix it. Gave me a $30 room credit but would prefer to have had a sound sleep.”

“Staff was very nice and helpful. The beds were very comfortable and a/c was cold. Easy location on to Highway and local attractions.”

“The staff were all very warm and attentive; however, there were very dirty, blood-like stains on the duvet—something I find completely unacceptable.”

“The hotel was clean. My room was clean. Staff were extremely helpful and so accommodating. Breakfast was good and the environment was safe. I enjoyed my stay. I’m planning to return to this property in the near future. ”

“Everything was amazing—we truly loved our stay. The room was beautiful, and the view made the experience even better. My girlfriend really enjoyed it as well, which made it special for both of us. The only small thing we noticed was that there wasn’t enough sugar provided for the coffee, and there weren’t utensils available for guests who might bring back snacks or dessert. Aside from that, everything was perfect. Thank you for such a great stay—we would definitely come back!”

“This place has been renovated very nicely. On the surface it looks very nice. But it is not well cleaned/maintained. Everything is pretty gross and disgusting. Don’t you dare open one of the cabinets under the breakfast area… Everything is just disgusting. The bed was reasonably comfortable for this price of a hotel. There’s just not a lot of nice stuff in the area at least not when you’re booking last minute must be a busy sports weekend. The rooms were huge. The place is just filthy though....

“I would not recommend. The bathroom was clean, but the room smelled very musty and like dog. Most of the parking lot is not lit, and the hallways are dark.”
