“This hotel really caters to its customers. Wow!”

“Nikki at the front desk was helpful. When I get my refund for the stay I will be happier. It does not have a hot tub as the page says. The bed was hard as a rock and the room smelled like stale refrigerator. We booked it specifically for the hot tub so when there wasn’t one I asked them to cancel our stay and refund it. Nikki said they are going to so we shall see.”

“The breakfast was not what I expected. I ordered an omelet with turkey and jalapeños, but it came with sausage instead of turkey. When I pointed it out to the server, she insisted that I had received turkey, even though it was clearly sausage. It was a ridiculous response. There was no apology, and no manager came over to address the issue. Very disappointing customer service. Also, the hotel was overcrowded and the front desk staff was stressed out!!!”
