“Fantastic Downtown Dallas Stay — Clean, Comfortable, and Welcoming
Our stay at Hampton Inn & Suites Dallas Downtown was excellent from beginning to end. The location alone is a huge win—right in the heart of downtown and close to restaurants, attractions, and everything we wanted to see.
The staff truly stood out. From check-in to check-out, everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. You could tell they cared about making sure guests felt comfortable and welcomed.

“First check in the receptionist (not sure of her name but I’m guessing Grace?) was very nice and welcoming. She didn’t mind repeating the house keeping rules and assured we’d be fine.
The kitchen staff (I think her name Nichole?) was nice to showing me how to use the waffle grill. She tends to every guests as needed with excellence. I love the Texas wafffle grill. The cleaning staff was very respectful and friendly.
I don’t feel intimidated to ask questions pertaining to the hotel services....

“We really love this hotel! Downtown Dallas, in an historic building, walking distance from all the most important monuments and museums.
We really appreciated the room: quiet, comfortable, well equipped and clean.
The hotel itself is a safe place, and the overall design is beautiful!
Special thanks to Denise and Laticia for the amazing breakfasts, to the valet guys, always so nice, and to Larry, the hotel manager, and his staff for having welcome us in such a nice and kind way!
