Hotel vicino a Dead Horse Bay beach - New York

“Camere un pò piccole ma molto confortevoli e pulite.”

“Hotel was very very clean. The staff at front desk was okay. New guy was training. Had to keep asking for help. Took a while. Room was very clean. Smelled very good. Bed was okay. Valet is not 24 hours. And the “ parking “ for 10 dollars is probably a 10-15 min walk away. So good luck finding parking on the street. Decent spot. Not sure it was worth 350 a night but it was clean and no major issues. ”

This was my first experience at your hotel, and it fell entirely short of acceptable hospitality standards.My concerns began at check-in when the front desk agent was notably unfriendly. “To be very honest, the hotel provided a good room, but the neighborhood is horrible. 40 minutes from Manhattan, 25 minutes from downtown Brooklyn with a car. Staff is horrible, had to ask house keeping to come clean the room but they never showed up. Big reason to not book here is the AC system does not work. “Hotel molto carino e pulito. Ci siamo trovati bene, a pochissimi passi dalla metro, ben collegato sia con il centro che con l’aeroporto. Zona non bellissima ma accettabile,”

“Buon albergo con camere spaziose, bagno e dotazione buone, internet discreto, colazione minimal. La posizione dell'albergo è troppo periferica per Manhattan anche se la fermata 9st della linea D è a 50 m, ci vogliono da 1/2 a 1 h per arrivare nei luoghi di dowton o midtown. Inoltre al piano interrato c'è un locale, apparentemente un Karaoke che ha delle stanze private, e in piena notte siamo stati svegliati da risse sulla strada e da qualcuno che bussava alla nostra porta. “Hotel in una posizione ottima a pochi passi dalla stazione metro R che va’ diretta in centro ( Time square) . La colazione buona, le camere per una famiglia di 4 persone sono piccole mentre il bagno è grande con una doccia comodissima .Sicuramente lo consiglio .”

“Troppo troppo costosa per ciò che offre. Lavandino del bagno che perdeva e non è stato riparato nemmeno dopo ripetute richieste nell'arco di tre giorni. La pulizia della camera è stata effettuata solo dopo la richiesta. ”
