Plus for some reason on one of the walls there was a square wall paper patch that was peeling away from the wall. The room was not properly stocked with towels ..."

"Love this hotel! It is on the edge of Banff so away from the large crowds but still totally walkable to the heart of the action (~ 2 km) or you can take free public transit. Lovely rooms- generous in size and the hot pools are SO welcome after a day of hiking. Would def return! ❤️"
