Thoughtfully designed for families and outdoor lovers, this ground-floor walk-out unit offers everything you need for a comfortable mountain escape.

The unit features one queen bedroom and a second bedroom with a twin-over-twin bunk bed — perfect for kids or friends. All beds are made with soft cotton sheets, cozy duvets, and hotel-quality pillows.

After a day of exploring, unwind by the electric fireplace in the living area. Watch a movie on the Smart TV or enjoy peaceful views from the couch.

House Rules:
Please remove shoes at the front door.
For any after hour issues between 10pm-6am please refer to the buildings Emergency Contact "Spillett Security" as mentioned in the welcome folder (front sleeve laminated info sheet) for anything like Water leaks, furnace break down, noise complaints, etc.

Extra Charges and Fees:
Please note that additional housekeeping charges may apply for excessive messiness or damage to our unit or furniture. These fees include:

- National park pass missing: $150+ for replacement. (until November 2025)
- Indigo Parking pass missing: $150 for a replacement.
- Late checkout fee: $25 (applies after 11 am without prior approval by the host)
- Extra garbage fee: $25 (for garbage/recycling left in the unit)
- Extra cleaning fee: $25 (for excessive cleaning needs, such as food left in the kitchen/on tables, or dishes not done)
- Towel replacement fee: $10 (for damaged towels, replacement price per towel)
- Linen replacement fee: Varied (depending on the damaged item)

The rooms were nice, featuring a walk to the river from the patio, and it included most of the amenities and kitchenette items. Common jets had a capacity of 10 people max and were always packed, so we never got a chance to use them.

My sister's and I stayed here Nov 22-24, 2024 and the BNB had everything we needed, even complimentary coffee! Pull-out couch was nice for watching cozy movies together. The hot tub was large, extra hot even throughout a frigid day, and well maintained. We feared our large truck (GMC Sierra) wouldn't clear the parkade but it did, and was so nice to have a secure, warm space for the vehicle. We walked around deadmans and would definitely come back on warmer weather to enjoy the river. Would highly recommend. Hosts were very communicative every step of the way.

The place was in a great location. There were more of things that were not so great. Other than the big bed the mattresses were terribly uncomfortable. The veranda need a good sweeping and the moths between the screen door and wood door needed to be clean up. The sink doesn’t seem to hold water. The black book needed updating and the pepper shaker was broken so when I turned it upside down to grind a bunch of peppercorn fell into the food I was cooking. When it came to parking I feel the host should give the property company your plate number instead of having to locate the parking pass, take it downstairs then remember to return it at the end of your stay. There is a charge if you lose it or forget to return it. I won’t be back!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place was very clean and had every convenience that we needed for a fantastic vacation. The park pass that we were able to use during our stay was a wonderful bonus. Josh and Emma have thought of everything when stocking their condo, it is very complete, you just need your clothes and food. It is very comfortable and homey feeling condo. The great views made for a nice relaxing trip. The welcome gift upon check in was very nice and thoughtful. We greatly appreciated it. We enjoyed our stay overall and will definitely stay again.
