Ideal Location- Stunning Views, Close to Skiing & Deadwood, 4 King Suites

This home was built in 2013. It was designed to be a vacation rental. Please compare homes before booking. This home has 5 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms. LARGE areas in the house for groups and alot of areas to get away if you so desire (ie., observation tower). It has a HUGE deck with seating for 20 and amazing views, has a natural gas grill. Dining room seats 20 people. Lower level has an amazing game room with pool table and foosball table. City water, sewer, natural gas, high speed internet. All pavement no gravel. This home also boasts a unique 2 level observation tower for 360 degree viewing the Black Hills- Relaxation does not get better than this!
NEW FOR 2023: New carpet, bedding, linens, towels.
NEW FOR 2022: Large Napolean gas grill.
NEW FOR 2021: New living room furniture, TV's, oven/range.
NEW FOR 2020: New dishwasher, bedding, linens, towels, kitchen items, dishes, glassware, silverware, etc.

Amazing space for adult extended family for UTV weekend. Family of 13 had a fantastic 4 day weekend with plenty of space with deer coming right up to the patio to eat. Extremely clean and fantastic communication with the host. One of our favorite stays with Vrbo for sure!! Thank you for memories to treasure!

Family trip

We enjoy cooking in and playing games. The space was great for that. We liked the pool table and foosball. We never left the house. Our adult children really like having a hot tub. We liked that the rooms had king beds and their own bathroom.

Christmas trip

Was a nice property. Accommodated all of our family quite well. Lacked a few kitchen utensils and had a few light bulbs that needed replacing but otherwise was nice. Loved the rustic decor!

Amazing view and a great location

If you are looking for a great place to stay for a large group of people, this is the house you want! From each bedroom having its own private bath to the game room in the basement with a hot tub to relax in after a long day sightseeing! This house has an amazing view that you can not only enjoy from the large wrap aroumd deck but a sunrise from the comfort of the lookout tower is pretty impressive! Centrally located to most of the must sees in South Dakota this house was great for us while we enjoyed the Sturgis Bike Rally with a group of friends! The host is always just a text away and very accomodating and helpful!

STUNNING VIEWS IN PERFECT AREA

Our group came to the area to ride motorcycles and enjoy the scenery...we were not disappointed!!! The house was spotless and comfortable. There was plenty of room for our group of nine to spread out. The sunrises were breathtaking. Beds were comfortable. Our hosts, Kevin and Janette, were soooo accommodating, and it was very much appreciated!! We will absolutely be booking here again, we cannot imagine a better place!!

Family Reunion

17 of us gathered for a week of fellowship and exploration of the Black Hills. We all came away with fond new memories and a greater appreciation of the wonders of nature. We had a grand week and no regrets.
