Cabina rustica nelle Black Hills con accesso al sistema di sentieri Forest Service.

Un miglio di vialetto di ghiaia conduce a questa capanna rustica situata su 30 acri di terreno boscoso nelle Black Hills, circondata su due lati da Forest Service. Durante i mesi invernali avrai bisogno di 4 ruote motrici e non consigliamo di rimorchi (in inverno) a causa della pendenza ripida.

Dirigendoti a sud dalla cabina, potrai accedere ai percorsi ATV e ai sistemi di piste per motoslitte. È necessario un permesso per utilizzare il sistema di piste Forest Service.

Anche la nostra casa è sulla proprietà e la vedrai prima mentre attraversi il cancello. La cabina ha il proprio accesso carraio ed è separata dalla nostra casa dallo stagno, dal gazebo e dall'area del falò. Il nostro vicino più vicino si trova a 1/2 miglio di distanza.

La cabina si trova a cinque miglia da Deadwood, a venti miglia da Sturgis e Spearfish, a quaranta miglia da Hill City. Situato in posizione centrale a tutte le famose attrazioni.

Questa è una cabina dal design rustico costruita da Bill e terminata nel 2018. La cabina misura 12 × 26 con un soppalco 10 x 12. Ha un bagno completo, cucina completa e un letto matrimoniale nel soppalco (un ospite precedente ha commentato che le scale aperte sono ripide). La zona giorno ha un futon (più adatto per i bambini) e una comoda poltrona reclinabile. La ricezione TV avviene tramite antenna con quattro canali locali, ABC, Fox, H&I e MeTV. Il segnale wifi raggiunge il portico della cabina. C'è una vista sul laghetto e gazebo dalla veranda coperta. Durante il mese di agosto lo stagno è piuttosto basso poiché oscilla a causa della falda acquifera.

La tenda da campeggio è disponibile su richiesta a un costo aggiuntivo.

Pass trail e noleggio motoslitte / ATV sono disponibili, un miglio a sud su Hwy 385 presso Steel Wheel Convenience Store e distributore di benzina.

Excellent! So clean and well-appointed. Hosts are so organized with thoughtful touches and easy check in and check out. Great place to stay with privacy and wonderful woods surrounding. Definitely would love to come back!

We loved this cabin that had comforts of home while still maintaining that cabin in the woods feel. The upstairs loft was fun, and we especially enjoyed the skylight/ high ceiling in the bathroom. The host went out of her way to be helpful. It’s a perfect location for day trips around the Black Hills.

My partner and I stayed for a long weekend and it was a perfect cozy retreat. Hiking trails right outside the door but close enough to Deadwood for some fun nights out! We would definitely stay here again for our next trip

This quiet, peaceful cabin is nestled in the woods of South Dakota's Deadwood area - we couldn't have been more happy with our stay. The owners/builders of this cabin live nearby, just through the woods, and are very accommodating and helpful. We hope to visit the Rustic Cabin again one day!

This cabin is top drawer, both in location and quality. Everything inside and out is amazing. The details of construction are beautiful. The hosts are gracious and easy to communicate with. We saw wildlife without even leaving the deck, but it's also convenient to lots of attractions. Bed is comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed for food prep. On a side note, you don't need bottled water, the water from the tap is delicious!

This was my first solo trip, it only took me 61 years. I had everything I needed. The cabin and hosts were awesome. The hiking was right there and no noise except the birds. Great place for reading on the deck. Would definitely go back.

Long story short - book the cabin! You won’t regret it. Lynn and Bill are excellent hosts, and their cabin is filled with all sorts of cute details that tie the place together making it feel more like a home than a rental. I booked the cabin for a girls trip with my bestie and we thoroughly enjoyed the property - great views, especially star gazing at night from the gazebo. It served as the perfect home base while we explored western SD. The cabin had everything we could have needed. Very thoughtful hosts - definitely looking to come back to the area at some point in the future and will seek out the rustic cabin for sure!! Thank you for having us!

We rolled to our hosts rustic cabin location on motorcycles from Minnesota to attend the 84th Annual Sturgis Motorcycle Rally, and do some side tours of Deadwood, Leads, Custer, Custer State Park & Mount Rushmore. Our hosts Lynn & Bill were very gracious, accommodating, friendly and attentive hosts. The rustic cabin setting was perfect. I will definitely be back!!! Thank you!

Lynn is a most gracious host and the cabin is a joy. You won’t be sad that you stayed there unless you somehow fail to look at the pictures and accurate description and you’re cosmopolitan at heart and just screwed up and picked the wrong stay. It is what it is and even more.

This small rustic cabin was a perfect secluded spot following an active day touring and hiking the northern Black Hills. Nestled among birch and pine trees we enjoyed watching a large variety of birds. No wifi and limited TV channels encouraged us to “unplug” and just enjoy. We hope to come back.

This a wonderful cabin centrally located to all the places we went - Black Hills Caverns, 1880 Train, Spearfish Canyon, Devil's Tower, Deadwood, etc. It was perfect for a couple getaway. We loved that it was not near neighbors!
