“What is the deal with the hot water in the bathroom? Took forever to get the sink hot water to even a warm temperature. Staff, especially angel at the front desk was a delight! Would return just because of her Customer Service level ! ”

“It was a fantastic stay, exactly what we were hopping for but the free shuttle is more of a private car, so if you are going wth a larger group keep that in mind. We ended up walking to campus and it was a lovely walk. ”

“Check in was horrible. I booked online and they checked me in 2 minutes later even though I wasn’t even at the property. Night window area had bugs in there. Room was run down. The floor was peeling, had to literally slam my door for it to latch shut correctly. Bedding had cigarette holes in it, horrible lighting, outlet plugs wasn’t working by the bed. Then outside it was people hanging around sitting on the curb and just watching every step I made. ”

“Ample parking, room clean but had a somewhat musty smell. Environment a bit ghetto but I could handle it because of my personal life experience. Basically the area nearby is a ghetto environment. Staff was efficient but I had no interaction with them except for front office who charged an additional $6-7 service fee. For a short stay without shelling out a lot of money, it can work.
