“There was a lot of construction going on throughout the stay. Both at the hotel and on road in front. Associated WiFi and power challenges. Neither the hotel nor expedia responded to my request to cancel to go elsewhere. A few roaches killed in the room but otherwise clean ad adequate for price. ”

“The driver and mini van that were promised never showed up. So we found someone else to take us. But the location described to us was very difficult to find. We were fortunate that the new driver we found stuck with us until we found Tewobsta, who a friend of hers happened to know. Tewobsta said she had no record of us coming and there were no rooms ready, even though we had the email confirming the date. We had to find another place to stay.
