The owner was very quick to answer questions and very friendly. Some of the reviews mentioned the shower being small but to me it was a cottage shower that served it's purpose I have no complaints. “Super clean home in the Coloma/Paw Paw lake area. Well appointed, comfy rooms; lovely outside seating areas. Owners just secured the property next door to redevelop it. Both shower upstairs and on main floor were shallow step ins. Kitchen has just right cooking pots and dishes. Bonus: upstairs room has a supplemental in room a/c for hot days.”

“We had the best week in the cottage. From kayaking, swimming, fishing or just lounging by the lake this place has it all. The pictures in the ad are true to what you are renting. Neighbors are friendly and make you feel welcome also. We can’t wait to come back. ”

“We had a wonderful time during our stay at the Creekside Cabin. The land is beautiful, the property is well-maintained, and it has all you need. We saw over 30 bird species, had a close encounter with a Blue Heron near the hot tub, and enjoyed the little frogs playing in the creek. We also enjoyed a hike at Dr. TK Lawless Park, a short drive away. We hope to come back again soon. ”

“This property was just what we needed, a place to stay with our dogs while we attended an out-of-town graduation. Beds were comfy and the cottage was nice with good drinking water (not well water).Only issues were no door directly to the backyard (so you still have to leash the dogs to let them out), no hand rail on the stairs (my mom couldn't safely stay here), quirky design (shower door blocks the towel rack when open) and the lighting challenge of an older home (no light switch in main...

“From the moment you enter the area and pull up to the cottage, you know you made the right choice. You can tell this property has been recently updated with care. Everything looks new or almost new. “Our stay in this tiny home was the BEST. Had it been available we would have added an extra day. The back yard was our favorite spot in the morning and after a long day of venturing. Julie was amazing from the beginning and helped fix us up with a rebook of our stay from my own personal mess up. If we come back to the area, we would love to book this place again!!! 10/10 for our temporary home. ”

“Everything was as described. From check in to check out. We had a few question prior to booking, that were answered promptly. And we had a problem with a door while we were there and it was taken care of that day. Cottage had everything we needed. Lake was good for our grandkids and fishing was good for the fisherman. Very good people to rent from. Thank you again for making our stay good. ”
