“The staff are amazingly helpful, polite and friendly. They made us feel incredibly welcome despite our very late arrival. The waterhole, good and service are great and this has been our experience in Kenya so far. Love the overnight buzzer system which alerts you based on number of buzzes as to which animals have arrived at the waterhole The Ark needs new windows and the shower takes a while to warm up. It is cozy though with the big log fire and the thoughtful provision of hot water bottles...

“Ordentliches Hotel mit sehr nettem Personal. Frühstück gut, Lage sehr gut. Sauberkeit bis auf eine Couch die während unseres Aufenthaltes nicht einmal ausgesaugt wurde gut. Anlage klein und außer dem Zimmer, Rezeption und Speiseraum keine öffentlichen Bereiche wie Garten/Außenanlage oder Pool. Für einen Besuch nahe der Familie und Ausflüge in der Region Nyeri gut.
