Our 18 yo son, 21 and 25 year old nephew and niece loved the movie and game room as well as the fire pit. It was more than enough room for our family of eight. Close proximity to everything. “The house is exactly as described. 3 bedrooms all with king size beds. 3 full bathrooms. Kitchen is very well stocked with pots, pans, etc. Hot tub was great and easy to get to. The beds were comfy. Plenty of seating in thr kitchen and livingroom. We will definitely come back another time.”
