Benvenuti in CAMP SASQUATCH! Questa baita è allestita pensando al comfort. Il livello principale ha 2 camere da letto con letti Queen, bagno completo in comune, (lavanderia) master di livello superiore con King e bagno privato completo. Seminterrato ha mezzo bagno e 2 letti Queen BUNK. (Vedi foto) Anche la cucina e la lavanderia sono al livello principale. La cucina ha tutti gli elettrodomestici full size e una vasta selezione di piccoli elettrodomestici tra cui stampa francese, keurig, tostapane, frullatore, crockpot, padella ecc. Le TV a schermo piatto si trovano nella camera familiare al piano principale, nella suite principale e al piano inferiore, tutte funzionanti con le stecche di fuoco. House ha un dispositivo Mifi portatile per internet. 8 posti letto e gli ospiti sono invitati a portare i bambini in pelliccia per una tassa di $ 50 per cucciolo. Gli ospiti hanno accesso ai servizi della comunità tra cui piscina, centro fitness, (a pochi passi) club house (sala giochi con tavolo da biliardo), campo da tennis, pedalò, tre laghetti per la pesca, campeggio, sentieri, parco giochi, cappella e altro ancora! Luogo perfetto per tutti gli eventi della zona da North Wilkesboro e Merle Fest a Blowing Rock per i sempre deliziosi concerti nel parco! L'Appalachian University è in fondo alla strada a circa 10 miglia insieme a tutti i negozi, i ristoranti, gli artigiani locali, i siti e i suoni di King St a Boone. Le stazioni sciistiche locali includono App Ski Mountain, Sugar Mtn, Beech Mtn. Visita Hawks Nest per un po 'di zip o prendi quei deliziosi snack e siediti vicino al fiume con un bicchiere di vino da uno dei nostri posti preferiti, Nonno Vineyards. Le fabbriche di birra locali sono abbondanti, alcuni dei nostri preferiti includono AMB, Booneshine e Molly Chompers, vai alla miniera di gemme per il tuo prossimo rubino o smeraldo e poi porta la famiglia e gli amici a Tweetsie per un po 'di divertimento da wranglin occidentale! La biancheria è fornita a casa per tutti gli ospiti. Lavatrice e asciugatrice a livello principale. Il garage è considerato l'armadio dei proprietari e chiuso a chiave. La trazione integrale non è necessaria per questa proprietà. Ampio parcheggio di vialetto di ghiaia. L'ingresso principale è sul retro per il minor numero di scale c'è una combo sulla porta inferiore della casa e la porta posteriore superiore in cucina per l'accesso degli ospiti. If you are looking for a wonderful house off the grid then this is your place. It’s about 15 minutes from civilization in a gated community that is a kids and hikers paradise. The house is warm and spacious. Perfect for 6 adults and 2-4 kids. The porch is huge with a charcoal and propane grill. It’s a 5 minute walk to a pond with paddle boats and the clubhouse that has amenities that I used daily. The property has walking and hiking trail everywhere. The property contact (Susan) was fantastic and readily available. I’d 100% stay there again.

Our family and our friends family came for a quick little getaway before the kids started school. This house was perfect! Clean, unbelievably well stocked with everything, tons of space, and an amazing setting. We love coming to visit Powderhorn mountain, the community has so much for kids to do and this house was perfect, very close to the clubhouse, trails, ponds, playground etc.. we saw a ton of wildlife from wild Turkey, to tons of deer, squirrels, rabbits etc. We will definitely stay here our next trip through if it’s available.

Our family had a fantastic getaway weekend in this cabin. The facilities were great. We swam in the pool and enjoyed the trails. Kitchen was well equipped and property manager was super punctual communicating. Check-in and check-out were super smooth. No problem finding our cabin. A+ stay and highly recommend.

Everything was there with nice little touches as well. We had three generations and we all enjoyed it. Remote area but still not too far from things to do. We didn’t have much snow but that’s always a toss up.

It was a fantastic spot to unplug, and be present with friends and family. A little tricky to locate in the dark but the property manager was very quick to respond and help us out!

This home was beautifully situated in the mountains. There were hiking trails nearby with views and waterfalls that were breathtaking. It was a perfect fit for our family. Our dog also loved how pet friendly it was. He loved the trails and the dog toys just waiting there for him. The clubhouse was just a short walk and my kids loved the game room. The only thing my kids wished it had was a hot tub. Also the grill was almost out of propane which made it hard to grill, but everything else was amazing! Perfect for families!

From beginning to end, Susan Chaney, property manager, worked with us to insure we had everything we needed for a well stocked holiday. The house was spotless. Dog bowls and beds were provided for our pets. All the sinks had liquid soap. Beach towels were provided in addition to dish towels, bath towels, hand towels and washcloths. We even had makeup washcloths! Paper products, dishwasher tabs and a well equipped kitchen made it easy to avoid holiday crowds at the grocery stores. The house is near the children’s park, lake and pool. Plus the house has lots of puzzled and games. Nearby hiking trails and the large yard made it easy to walk the dogs. The porch and deck were nice as was the grill. We had a great time. This is a really cute house.

We had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful property. The home was stocked nicely so we never had to go back out to the supermarket. Enjoyed grilling out on the deck. Look forward to going back again in the future.

Eight people (six adults, two under 18) fit very comfortably in this house! The deck was beautiful and we hung out there a lot. The inside was spacious and the kitchen had all the equipment we needed to cook meals there. It was a great weekend get away!

Cabin was very nice in a nice gated community. We were 4 adults and two young children and had lots of space. It was a pre Christmas getaway to do a little tubing and shopping. Although the Kitchen had absolutely everything you could need to prepare meals we enjoyed local restaurants and breweries. The girls loved the games and the Wii Station. Thank you so much for the Christmas tree it was an added touch we didn’t expect but made sitting by the fire with the glow of the tree at treat! Susan the manager was extremely responsive we truly couldn’t have asked for a better 4 days. Thanks again for sharing the cabin!

Powderhorn provides some of the most beautiful trails I’ve ever hiked. The falls and rapids along the streams are breathtaking. Our cabin was comfortable, well-stocked, and lovely. I look forward to returning. Book early!
