“The room was extremely clean, no one bothered us while we stayed. My only issue was the volume at which people at night had. It was more an issue with staffing not doing noise control of the people staying. Otherwise it was lovely. Nothing special just a good old fashioned motel.”

“I went to a concert at the Steven Tanger hall and it was right actthe street. Perfect for what I needed. Parking at the hotel was 18$ but would've had to pay if not staying there to park at concert hall so it was a win win.”

“The room and hotel were very clean. Breakfast food was the usual nonsense you get at these places, but the breakfast staff were attentive and efficient. The parking deck was a bit small for the amount of rooms. Front desk was great, especially Dionna. She was delightful and helpful. Please give that lady a raise.”

“My wife and I almost always choose Hyatt hotels when we travel because we have consistently enjoyed great experiences in the past. Unfortunately, this recent stay was by far the worst experience we have had at a Hyatt property.
First, our room was not ready until 6:00 PM, which was extremely inconvenient and disappointing. After a long day of travel, we expected better communication and hospitality from the staff. To make matters worse, the front desk employees were not friendly or welcoming at...
