“This is the 2nd time we have stayed here (first time 2021) and we love it there, it's obviously an older hotel and the prices reflect that so you need to keep your expectations in line, you can pay double the price or more across the street for a boutique hotel but that's not worth it for us as the location is the same. We stayed on the 3rd floor, it appears the 4th and 3rd floor look alot cleaner with new carpets etc, I assume renovations are ongoing from top to bottom so maybe that would...

“We flew into Deer Lake and stayed at this hotel for one night prior to carrying on to Gros Morne. This hotel was a pleasant surprise! The beds were so comfortable, the pillows were perfect! It was quiet even with our room across from the elevator. The breakfast in the morning was complimentary and had a lot of options! But the freshly baked cookies were definitely our favourites! They were putting in new carpets in the hallways, but the work finished at a respectable time so didn’t affect...

The dining options on Sunday and Monday are non-existent, but we picked up some prepared foods and sat in the breakfast room on Monday., which was the only meal which we needed to have on-site. The value compares well with hotels in Corner Brook. We had access to a vehicle which is essential for this property.”
