“I stayed at Cape Fox Lodge about 6 or 7 years ago. This lodge was on the level of other premiere lodges in the northwest I love the location the views and the architectural style of the lodge. The room was clean. I was disappointed that the building and rooms are well overdue for a refresh. The menus in both restaurants were not as upscale as they were for my prior visit. The service was not on the same level either. The pictures in the museum had dogeared corners. The tram was broken and...

“Room gross. Staff friendly and helpful. Did not use shuttle. Shops nearby were convenient. Entire property breaking down and needs a gut then remodel. Fire sprinkler heads leaking and smoke detectors non existent. Vacant units had chirping detectors ALL… NIGHT… LONG. Shower head leaked, toilet slow to flush, thermostat cover broken, grime all along baseboards, fridge was off and spewed out defrost water when door opened. Won’t stay here again.”
