Hotel in zona Deer Park, St. Helena

“Absolutely nt up to the mark .. Save your money !!! They sell a spa which they pacati ally they don’t have .. as too small ! No spa services at all! Breakfast common space very limited !! Need to wait to get a table Super expensive rate not In compliance with the quality of anything neither food neither service !! Lobby very small New Year’s Eve without any entertainment ! Don t go ”

“It was clean, contemporary, very nice. If you plan to use the hot tub let the front desk know 30 min before you plan to use it. Otherwise, great stay!”

“Hidden away, lots of nature”

“There was no breakfast as advertised. Front desk arez was filty. Junk all over, no where to even sit down. Stairwells were littered with crap. Rooms had no paper cups,tissues. Shower head was ready to fall off. This place should not be on Exoedia. Bathroom fan was extremely loud ”

“THE HOTEL IS VERY NICE! I would have given it 5 stars if not for the bathroom fan. According to the staff member at the desk when we checked out, the hotel has a central system that runs on a timer to clear steam, etc. from the bathrooms. Unfortunately, none of us (3) DID NOT shower at the right time when that system was timed to run. On the last day of our 2 night stay while we were leaving the room with our luggage on a cart and no one was in the shower, the fan finally came on! ...

“The staff was great and provided a lot of recommendations. The location was decent if you had a car, not much in walking distance except a few restaurants. The room was clean and the breakfast was a small continental breakfast area.”

“For the price of the package, there was a notable dearth of amenities. The setting is gorgeous, and the rooms are very nice, but I feel very strongly that I could have achieved that same experience, with breakfast and other amenities included, for much less money”

“The host was really nice, kudos on him!! The pools are awesome, really enjoy the experience. The only suboptimal point was the AC was not so quiet. Also the hotel was not like 4-star but maybe 3-star to me.”

“Clean and pretty large room, and the price is expensive but very reasonable for summer season in St. Helena, where most places are in the $600-800 range, and this one almost half. Liked that it wasn’t “corporate”. The grounds are kept pretty nice. Also liked that it was pet friendly… easy a nice places to walk your pup around the hotel too. Peaceful spot overall and literally next to some of the world’s best restaurants and vineyards.”

“Great renovations to the property lovely to visit it such a well laid out Design. The rooms are huge. Nice to have separate living and sleeping quarters. Kitchenette was well stocked. The room was a little musty, but it was fantastic.”
