“Wow. We loved this place. The room is really spacious. Lots of amenities. But overall, the coolest thing was how absolutely lovely the staff was. They aren’t just nice. They act as if they’re happy to see you. They remember you, they think about your preferences. They’re just so on top of it. The Yacht Club is an absolutely terrific place to stay in a really fun resort.”

“I had a fantastic time. Our suite was clean and the amenities were great. The hotel Smells incredible. Most of all the staff were very kind and helpful. Darlene was so helpful, professional, kind and attentive to my Mother and I even giving us recommendations for town. I would definitely stay here again ! Luke at front desk also so nice!”

“The place was loaded with cockroaches. I killed 5 while I was there. I requested them to come and spray 2 days in a row. They were supposed to come and never showed up. They did nothing to rectify the situation. I think I should get a refund. I've never had such a horrible vacation in my life.”

“Booked hotel because pool looked great for kids . Only one slide is functional and it was still questionable if safe . Bathroom was unclean , toilet wasn't prevent cleaned , bathmat was warped and unsafe . When turned on faucet to bath water was yellow for a few seconds . Shower had no hot water . Floor was dirty and turned our feet brown walking on it barefoot . On a positive note , front desk staff was very helpful and had amazing customer service . ”
