“When we arrived our room was ready and the young lady at the front desk was nice and helpful. The first thing we noticed was that he toilet kept running after it was flushed. Then after we started walking on the carpet we realized it was sticky and seemed like it hadn't been cleaned in quite awhile. When we tried to call the front desk the phone didn't work. We had wifi but it was very weak and slow. Finally when we went to use the shower in the morning there was no hot water. The front desk...
