Nestled in a peaceful natural setting, this vacation rental is the perfect place to recharge with all the comforts you need. On sunny days, cool off in the above-ground pool (June through September, 7.30m x 3.70m and 1.30m deep), relax on the lounge chairs, or unwind indoors, where the cottage is equipped with air conditioning. At the end of the day, as the sun sets, head to the Salon de l’Orient in the heated spa. The cottage is spread over three levels. On the first floor, there is an entryway leading to a first living area with a sleeper sofa (BULTEX mattress) for two people. Bathroom, toilet, and washing machine. Separate, fully equipped kitchen with dining area. Another separate living room with a wood-burning stove (wood provided), TV (Netflix), sofa, and electric recliner leading out to the covered patio. On the first floor, a bedroom with one 180x200 bed, featuring a large, quiet desk for remote work (fiber-optic internet, large screen available) and a reading area; a bedroom with three 110x180 beds; and a separate bathroom with a toilet. On the second and top floor, there is a bedroom with one 180x200 bed and a separate bathroom with a toilet. Baby equipment: convertible stroller, crib, high chair, dishes... Covered terrace with table, chairs, and barbecue. One outdoor seating area in the shade of the apple tree, and a second facing the countryside and its sunsets. Covered shelter with a ping-pong table, darts, and pétanque balls. Semi-enclosed property: the backyard is enclosed by a removable gate (upon request). Front yard with parking space. Sheets and towels provided (for business guests and long stays—please contact us). The cottage is not accessible to guests with limited mobility.
