Our first-floor apartment features a balcony, kitchen, living room, bathroom, and a bedroom.

The kitchen offers:
everything you need, including basic amenities such as plenty of glasses, plates, and silverware, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a Moccamaster coffee maker, an oven with a stovetop, and a dining table for two people. The living room is located next to the kitchen.

The living room features:
a large, comfortable sofa, a TV, a Bose sound system with a CD player, and direct access to the balcony, which is for your exclusive use.

The balcony:
a table with two chairs, lighting, and electrical outlets.

The bedroom offers:
a king-size bed (200 cm wide—with a high-quality memory foam mattress), a shelf with a clothes hanger, and air conditioning. We provide bed linens and towels.

The bathroom:
shower, Bluetooth-enabled radio, towels, hair dryer, mirror, and heated floors.

Dogs
Your four-legged family member is very welcome here. Please let us know before your arrival that you will be bringing your dog. We charge a flat rate of 40 euros per dog per stay. We kindly ask that you ensure your dog does not lie on the beds or upholstered furniture.
