Classico Del Mar Beach Living

Rimodellamento recente stupefacente situato nel cuore della comunità sulla spiaggia di Del Mar. Il nuovo design è una misura perfetta per le famiglie, buoni padroni o vacanzieri solo in cerca di rilassarsi. Il nuovo layout della casa è stato creato per consentire l'abbondanza di spazio aperto e posti a sedere con una sensazione pulito ed elegante molto beachy. Sarete colpiti i dettagli. Dagli splendidi pavimenti in legno duro e concreto contro cime, alle finiture del soffitto intricati e l'illuminazione.
Molto comodo anche per grandi gruppi o bambini. L'interno è stato progettato da un famoso designer e gran parte dei mobili su misura è stata costruita per questa proprietà.
Questo grande cucina con tutti i nuovi elettrodomestici Viking farebbe un grande chef felice. La cucina è aperta alla sala da pranzo e soggiorno creando un grande tatto aperto, nonché una cucina finestra scorrevole che rende facile accesso ai commensali esterni.
Dal soggiorno, le porte scorrevoli in vetro si aprono sulla sala esterna, dotate di TV free-standing, ombra a scomparsa, comodi posti a sedere e, soprattutto, un forno per pizza in pietra.
Lavare la sabbia fuori nella bella all'aperto doppia doccia lungo il lato un simpatico stile hawaiano bagno completo.
Vi è abbondanza di spazio aperto all'esterno per BBQing e giochi.
Il capannone di surf contiene tavole da surf gratuiti, boogieboards, asciugamani e 2 incrociatori spiaggia.
Al tramonto, fare un cocktail e fare una passeggiata lungo la spiaggia di sabbia bianca o verso il basso per parco centrale elettrica e cenare con vista sulla spiaggia di Jake, Poseidon o il bellissimo L'Auberge Hotel.

Exceptional beach cottage with superior location, fabulous free parking. Spotless, quiet, exterior bathroom and showers and living area as well as washer and dryer and all beach accoutrements make this the best North County experience I have had in 15 years. Our host was attentive, and helpful.. Could not have been better. Also a great place if you have young kids with equipment that meets their needs.

Our famlily had a great week's stay at the Santa Fe house in Del Mar. Easy access to the beach, walk to restaurants and the Del Mar Plaza. The home is well furnished, very comfortable indoor and outdoor space.We'll definitley stay there again.

Amazing weekend!

This beach house was perfect in every way! The location is just steps away from the beautiful beach. Plenty of beach toys! The house was wonderful, nicely appointed. Pizza oven in back, and nice outside areas. It was a great getaway and we will be back! Thank you Cody, for making everything so easy :)

Amazing location

The general areas of the house are really spacious and the outdoor shower was extremely helpful after a day at the beach. The house was stocked with everything families would want to take to the beach. Would stay again in the future.

Location, Location & Location

This is a great location with a super short, easy/flat walk down to the beach and local great places to eat and drink. Home is updated, modern and cozy. Parking (which at this location is scare) is ample - room for 2 vehicles. The close, Cody offers this place at a fair price in a premium location - especially if you like being close to the waves and a quiet residential area.

We Enjoyed Our Stay!

We had a great stay at this wonderful home. The location was great with restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The home was clean, comfortable, and well stocked with beach essentials. There were a few minor inconveniences that arose (clothes dryer was not working, we could not adjust the bedroom shades) that we communicated to Cody. He responded promptly but they were things that could not be addressed during our visit. Regardless, we had an excellent stay and would not hesitate to stay again.

Del Mar with kids

We really enjoyed our stay in Del Mar at Cody’s place. The house is lovely and the location is perfect for small kids and families. The house is in need of some love (new pans, appliance fixes, updated linens) and unfortunately we did have an issue with termites. We would gladly stay with Cody again once everything gets fixed up. Looking forward to it.

Great Location - Beautiful Home

Home is exactly as described. Well appointed & spacious. Beautiful high-end chef’s kitchen -including great appliances & a large refrigerator, with generous space throughout. Lots of seating for eating - very large table + 4 bar seats at the kitchen counter. Especially enjoyed the private outdoor space with the large TV, lots of seating, & a really beautifully maintained garden. (Even had a lemon & fig tree out there.) Easy walk to the beach. And, if you’ve ever been to the Del Mar beaches in June, you’ll really enjoy having more than adequate parking for 3, possibly 4 cars, in the driveway as parking is at a premium that time of the year there, with the ongoing Del Mar Fair. Easy walk to most restaurants too. And, in addition to restaurants mentioned, would also recommend the Monarch Ocean Pub for dinner -Happy Hour 4-6 - with great outdoor ocean view seating.

Del Mar weekend

This house was perfect. Great location, short walk to town and the ocean. Great restaurants and shopping downtown. the house was spacious and very nicely decorated. Plenty of space for my family. Kitchen had everything we needed. We used the pizza oven, took some practice but great way to spend time with family on the beautiful patio. The host was very responsive and helpful with anything we needed. We will definitely go back.

Perfect spot for beach and surf

We loved this property. We’ve stayed in this Neighbourhood before really enjoyed this location and lovely bungalow. The property has everything you need and the owner was helpful at getting us any extras (ie a high chair) Laundry, backyard, pizza oven, big kitchen and living space, and cozy bedrooms. Only improvements could be better rollers for dishwasher, some upgrades linens, and better fry pans. Loved the bikes and beach gear in the shed. Kids had a blast.

A Great 2nd Stay

2nd time staying at this property; and experience was just as great as the first. Wonderful location with easy beach access, and great walking proximity to local shopping and restaurants. House is well appointed with all of the amenities; including everything for the beach. A great feature is the private parking area for this home. Most important is the easy access, great communication, and positive dealings with the owner, Cody. We look forward to returning again sometime in 2023.

Great beach stay with kids!

Owner very responsive and helpful when something was amiss. Outdoor shower was a treat with the kids coming off the beach. Plenty of sand toys, chairs, umbrellas and even a wagon. Great stay!

Home run Property

This property is fabulous. The location was perfect, a couple blocks to the beach and walkable to the racetrack and Del Mar restaurants. The home was beautiful with nice updates. The outdoor bathroom was gorgeous and a huge hit. Cody was helpful and responsive. We will be returning.

The best!

You can't beat this location or the property. It was perfect for what we were wanting---a short, family, beach get-away with everything we need! Location is so close to everything! You can walk to restaurants and shops and a quick walk across the street to the beach. Everything you need for the beach is there for you too!! Sure made it easy and effortless! Kitchen was very spacious and the decor very pretty. The owner was always there to help immediately with any questions---beyond excellent communication. Thank you for a wonderful few days!
