“My husband and I had short but lovely stay at this property. It's tucked away in a quiet, peaceful are yet still conveniently close to town, making it the perfect balance of seclusion and accessibility. Definitely check out the back yard and river. The unit was comfortable and well-equipped for a relaxing getaway. Andy, the host, was very responsive and helpful. He answered all our questions and concerns promptly and made sure we had everything we needed. We would stay here again and recommend...

“I liked having a gated parking area so I didn’t worry about stuff in the car. It was conveniently located to the venue for a performance I was there to see and easy access to many restaurants and the pool at Barton Springs.. It was a great trip.”

“The apartment was well equipped with all the essentials other no salt, pepper, sugar or dry goods. It did have coffee and filters. The locations is awesome and in a great little eclectic Austin neighborhood. Apartment was clean other than the baseboards all need a good clean. Check in was more complicated than usual with a lot of instructions but, would stay here again for a quick trip to Austin.”
