I left and was on the phone with VRBO for at least an hour trying to get a refund. VRBO refused a refund telling me the place was fine to stay in. VRBO did not take me safety into consideration only the opinion of the host. VRBO and the host said to take the lock inside with me but the fact remains that someone could have come...
