Nice to stay at a hotel in a residential neighborhood. The hotel is super clean, room is spacious, staff is terrific, restaurant and the food there is great. Lots of parking. ”

“I loved my stay, I came all the way from Chicago, it was clean, it smelled amazing, the room was clean, the shower was my favorite part. The heat and AC worked the AC did take a little bit of time to come on but other than that the whole thing was amazing.”

“The host Jeanette was lovely, attentive but never intrusive. Breakfasts were delicious and nicely presented at the 12 seat table — every day we had a different entree and a good selection of fruit plus homemade sweet bread! The room was great. The bed was very comfy. had an en suite bathroom, which was important to me. The house itself is amazing! Lots of beautifully furnished rooms downstairs that guests are allowed to use and even a little pantry with bottles of water and a keurig coffeemaker...

“Very Clean & Spacious Flat. So Easy to get around the city from this location, even with all the snow. BONUS: Philly drivers are considerate and accommodating to sudden lane disappearances. Valet was quick retrieving my car. Will be back when it’s warmer. ”

“There is some construction going on that makes the layout a bit confusing, but even with that, we had a very pleasant 3 day stay in a comfy clean room, great bathroom, nice common areas, and a fabulous, accommodating staff. Also attached to a really fun restaurant/bar, Louie Louie. Great location for the University and Penn Medicine facilities.”

“Our room was very large and comfortable but the air heating / conditioning system was extremely noisy, we had to shut it down overnight. The hotel looks modern and well maintained.”
