Spacious Modern House in Dwntwn Delaware

Five (5) spacious bedrooms including a double size suite, game room, gorgeous kitchen, patio & fire pit, two (2) full bathrooms, & a 1/2 bathroom. Large kitchen and living space! Driveway holds 3 to 4 cars parked in tandem.

The space
Over 3000 ft.² is yours to enjoy holding up to 14 people comfortably in twin, full, queen and king size beds! Most of the house is hardwood but there is carpet on the stairs, in the game room and in the primary suite on the 3rd floor. The home was completely renovated in 2024, and you’ll enjoy a modern farmhouse decor throughout the space.

LOCATION: Central Avenue is exactly what it says, it’s the center of it all. You’ll be within steps of downtown Delaware restaurants, shopping, antique shops, galleries and more. Ohio Wesleyan University is within walking distance. Boardman arts Park is around the corner. The fairgrounds is just up the road. You are about 3 minutes to Rt 23, about 15 minutes to I-71, and about 15 minutes to Rt 315. Enjoy the historic northwest neighborhood of Delaware, Ohio and be close to so much more!

GAME ROOM: The 2nd floor features a sunroom that is set up as a game room including a 40” Roku TV, board games, a tee-pee, a 10 game foosball / pool / hockey table, a large beanbag chair, a card table, and more!

DESK: The 2nd floor features a work from home area with a comfortable chair and desk.

BEDROOMS: The house is 3 stories but there are bedrooms on every floor! There are bedrooms suitable for couples, individuals and/or children so that everybody in your group can have a great time! If someone cannot walk upstairs, the 1st floor has a bedroom with a queen size bed (sleeps 2). The 2nd floor has 3 more bedrooms with a king (sleeps 2), 2 twin bunks (sleeps 4), and a twin over full bunk (sleeps 2-3). The 3rd floor primary suite is amazing and large, holding 2 king size beds (sleeps 4) with plenty of space left to move around comfortably. This sleeps a total of 14-15 comfortably. Every bedroom has a Roku TV ranging in size from 43-55”.

BATHROOMS: There is a ½ bathroom on the 1st floor, a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo on the 2nd floor, and a full bathroom with a tile shower on the 3rd floor.

LAUNDRY: There is a laundry room with a utility sink, washer and dryer. Guests are welcome to use these during their stay.

KITCHEN: The kitchen has plenty of counterspace if you would like to cook at home! Granite countertops, white cabinetry, subway tile backsplash, and the kitchen is stocked with pots and pans, cooking utensils, silverware, a toaster/air fryer, Keurig, regular coffee pot, mixing poles, plates, bowls, glasses and mugs. The pantry has shelving as well as racks on the door. The dining table seats 8 and there are 2 barstools at the peninsula.

FAMILY ROOM: The L-shaped couch (seats 6) is a great place to hang out and watch the 55” Roku TV or be able to interact with anyone on the 1st floor! There are 2 comfortable side chairs and an ottoman. You can also enjoy the beautiful electric fireplace.

BACK DECK: In the back, there is a wood deck with seating, a fire pit and a gravel seating area. It’s a private area surrounded by trees and fencing.

PARKING: The driveway can hold 3, possibly 4 cars in tandem. If you have more cars than that, they will need to park around the corner in street parking.

PETS: Dogs only (no other animals) are permitted at an additional fee of $150 per pet — however, we do reserve the right to reject pets and may request additional details about your pets. Please note, there is not much yard space so you do need to be prepared to walk your pet on the sidewalk. Please come with what you need to pick up after your pet, as well, whether in the yard around the house or when you take your dog on a walk.
KEYPAD & SECURITY: During your stay, you will have a 4 digit code that you will utilize for the keypad and security system. We do not hand out physical keys. You do not have to arm the security system if you do not want to but it will be armed upon your arrival. Plan to enter through the side door, not the front door.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire house, with the exception of the basement which has to be accessed from an exterior seller style door. The basement is not available for guests.

Other things to note
ABSOLUTELY NO parties, illegal activity, smoking of tobacco or marijuana, illegal drugs, or disturbing the neighbors. None of this will be tolerated. You will be removed from the premises and we do not refund.
