“Extremely unacceptable stay I booked through Expedia after relying on the positive reviews. Based on my experience, I seriously question the accuracy of those reviews. I traveled six hours, trusting your brand. Upon arrival, I noticed the continental breakfast area had dusty, dirty tables. When I entered my room, I was hit with a strong cigarette smoke odor despite signing a no-smoking agreement. “I booked ”

“The room did not look anything like the pictures. It was like the pictures they put online were not the rooms at all. The bathroom was not cleaned. The sink still had hair in it. There were cigarette trash sitting in the chair. Cracks in the ceiling in the wall cobwebs in the corner will not be visiting this property again.”

“Door locks missing, rodent droppings in the weird shower area. Too many issues to list.”

“Check in was good and easy, but the shower in our room was a nightmare. The water was either scalding hot or ice cold and the pressure was not much more than a slow drip. The pillows could also have some more fluff, for my preference.”
