“I recently completed my second stay at your hotel, and it was once again a pleasure. The bed was top-notch, and the room was very spacious. Having a small kitchen made it feel like a small apartment; while there is no continental breakfast, the kitchen equipment made it easy to prepare my own meals. During this visit, I also appreciated being able to use the pool and the free laundry facilities. Additionally, there was plenty of parking available. “I called specifically to book a certain room and my reservation room was moved without any confirmation. I have allergies and I like to cook food for myself when I’m away - but the room I was given did not have a kitchen even though I called specifically to book that type of room. When I alerted the front desk about this, they said it was “ someone new” who moved me and there was nothing they could do. I could hear the entire phone call of them talking about me and it was super uncomfortable...
