“Great location and clean hotel ”

“The beds were very comfortable. Bathroom was ok. Needs a little remodel but was clean. Only stayed one night but price and lication was great for our stay. Wish there was some vending machine with drinks and snacks to purchase. I would stay here again!! ”

“There are several best westerns in the Carlisle area. I have stayed at ones that are not this one apparently. Because if I had stated this one prior to this weekend, I would not have returned. The entire hotel smelled of marijuana! The front desk receptionist kindly moved me into a room that was on a hallway that smelled a little less of marijuana, but still the entire place reeked! The side door where people were going in and out to smoke did not lock. That made me feel a little uncomfortable....

“The staff member at check-in was polite and helpful. He assisted when I had issues with the television, offering to change my room, and providing snacks at no cost to cover my inconvenience. The morning staff was not as helpful. When the new tv had similar issues, this staff was rude and stormed out of my room when I attempted to explain I'd just dealt with similar issues the night before. Along with this, the property itself was very dirty, trash covering the grounds outside the hotel. Not the...

“This place was filthy. The room was beyond filthy. I did get a bed bug bite. I would not even unpack my stuff. The service is so bad, this should be addressed by the Wyndham board. Rusty lamp and filthy rusty wall covering. Pain stains on the floor, burn marks on the wall of the bath room. Just nasty.”
