The hotel needs a revamping and actually there was some work in progress but unfortunately the area of working has not been isolated. I checked in at 4.30 am and the day after I really needed to rest. Unfortunately at 9.30 am started works in the room just up to my room. Hammers and drills have made my stay a real NIGHTMARE

CONSIGLIATISSIMO
Delhi tappa finale tour in India - coppia. Personale molto presente, servizio in camera, help desk, ristorazione ecc. impeccabili. Se avete nostalgia dei prodotti occidentali, dietro l'hotel, c'è un gigantesco centro commerciale dove potrete trovare pressoché tutto. Dall'uscita secondaria dell'hotel ci sono sempre presenti alcuni taxi (prendete sempre quelli neri e gialli o le “Apette Piaggio” per evitare di cascare in truffe, tra l'altro, molto frequenti a Delhi); un altro consiglio: munitevi di guida delle fermate (giá in Italia possibilmente) e usate la Metro. Funziona davvero bene. Con 100 rupie vi fate portare dall'Apetta alla fermata (dista circa un km, si può fare anche a piedi una volta vista la strada). Al customers service della Metro chiedete la tessera 4 tourists con accessi illimitati (conviene molto, quella giornaliera costa 150 rupie mi pare). Nonostante il ristorante dell'Hotel sia eccellente cercate su Google l'indirizzo del ristorante “Olive”, sono 15 minuti di Taxi (11km) e ne vale davvero la pena se siete in India da un po' e avete nostalgia del cibo italiano. La prenotazione fatela da siti italiani tipo Expedia, risparmierete un buon 30-40% rispetto al prezzo che vi applicano là. Vi sentirete coccolati ma, al contempo, manterrete la vostra privacy.

We had an excellent 2-night stay at the hotel. The room was clean and spacious. Food at the breakfast and dinner buffet was delicious and staff there were very helpful. We were also impressed by the transportation services they provided, both by the drivers and the airport manager who met us. Their location right next to a large mall was very helpful.

Our stay was excellent from start to finish. Dechen provided great help and was always courteous and kind. Kapil was also wonderful as well. Would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone staying in the heart of New Delhi.

Smaller like puke.
The hall they put me on smelled like puke. The hotel was nowhere close to being booked so I am not sure why they would place anyone on that hall. Not a great deal for the expensive price.

Horrible experience
It was a horrible experience overall never ever again, if it’s a hotel X I can understand but nothing to do with Sheraton standards, it’s too old even plugs in the room is not working ac is not working they brought external heater, bathroom is dirty even there is no proper trash bin, you have to see and smell all the trash….. never again
