Good hotel.
Staff was helpful, internet did not work , but they solved my issue by giving me a dongle , which helped big time. Staff is nice and pleasant. The hotel is very nice , but just a old property now. But no complaints. Very good location. I would stay here again.

NOT 5 star - Good conferencing but poor hotel room
Stayed at The Bristol Hotel for a 2-day conference booked from outside of India. Conference room was excellent: spacious, comfortable, excellent banqueting staff and service. AV system with screen and plasma TVs were good. Banqueting area by pool excellent. Reception and bar/restaurant staff helpful and friendly. Food in restaurant and bar was good. Problem was with my room which was tatty, shabby and uncomfortable. Bed was old, hard, uncomfortable mattress. Pillows under covers were covered with brown sweat stains from what looked like years of use from very many users. Sheets were greyed and although they looked laundered had marks or stains from long use. The room was cleaned daily but felt dirty and grubby. Bedside light was literally falling off the wall but fixed quickly by staff. The bathroom was tatty with the rack falling off the wall and rusty fixtures. I slept no more than 2-3 hours each night due to combination of the uncomfortable bed and the loud noise in the corridor in the early hours, chatting in next door room until middle of the night and mechanical vibration humming/buzzing noise that started at 2 am constantly for hours. Poor sound insulation from next door and corridor. This hotel is listed as 5 star but is certainly not 5 star by European or US standards. If a similar conference was held here again, I was definitely stay elsewhere. The hotel is well located for use of the excellent Delhi Metro so would be convenient for staying elsewhere.

Location nearby malls and metro is good reason to stay here. Service varies from good to average . Furniture in room is old and needs renewed. Most negative is the bad wifi connection on laptops in room. Not working and reservation staff did not help to solve it.

Good place in Gurugarm
Good place overall, fair wifi, good service, clean and comfortable. The location is not super-central, and the pool is under renovation.

A good Business Hotel
Staying in Bristol is always very comfortable because of its location and nearby malls. Breakfast spread in Bristol is also a BIG PLUS when you want to stay there during your business trip. Its location also suits for Automotive Customer towards Manesar and Faridabad. Rooms are very spacious, Neat and clean.

A Fake 4/5 star hotel
It was horrible experience. The furniture were age old. You will always hurt yourself while opening the Almirah. The electric kettle were all rusty. Even the changed once and replaced one was also same condition. The rooms are very dark. The TV remote wasn't working. Wifi was there, but no internet. I was confused whether the Central Air-Con was working or not. It definitely didn't change the room temperature. There wasn't any remote for that even. I was confused whether the walls are very thin or any other problem, I could clearly hear people to my next room. The foods were also awful. The in-room dining menu was expensive and tasted half-cooked and you won't find any other restaurant in near by walking distance. Also, in the breakfast dining, the waiters were lose as hell. The tables were dirty, out of cutlery and no one was paying attention. Finally, I clearly mentioned them while checking-in that, I am on business trip and they should invoice accordingly. While checking-out, they only provide me the food bill and no invoice for accommodation. This guys seriously lacks professionalism and definitely not recommended for someone who is travelling Delhi for business purpose. They will seriously make your whole trip painful.

This should not be a 5 stars hotel
Room is big enough for delux but not clean enough. I have stayed in other 4 stars hotel in New Delhi before. The service at there is better than this one. No in-room slipper. No toothbrush and toothpaste. Empty toilet paper roll when checkin. Not many international choices for breakfast.

無難な古いホテル
とりたてて褒めるところはない。 設備が古い、wifiが遅い 次回あえて泊まろうと思わない。 同じ価格なら他のホテルを利用する。 他が満室だった際に利用する程度のホテル ただし安価ではない。

The pictures don't show it all, but it's nice
Decent place. Strangely empty. 24 hr buffet was not actually stocked 24 hrs. WiFi was kind of an annoying setup to connect to but it works. The area seemed to be further then I imagined from the airport and there isn't much a tourist would want to see locally. Otherwise our room was clean and comfortable. No real issues.

Worst hotel ever..not worth a penny
This is the worst hotel I have ever stay.. The rooms were dirty and very bad smelled... I have changed 3 rooms and in the end also I have told by hotel that they have only this... There were big cockroaches in the rooms..bathrooms were stinking and flush was not working and many more things.

Disappointing.
The bathtub has some stuff/coating peeling off in several places, looking really tacky. The internet was too slow to of any use at all. The service people grudgingly agreed to 'upgrade' the internet, but that only made it worse. The location is good, the the hotel is truly sad for the price.

Pretty good location but needs upgrade
This hotel is pretty old, one of the oldest in Gurgaon and the room's condition does show that. Not talking about all the rooms in the hotel but in my room, there was dampness on the wall and everyday, wall paint was falling on my stuff, there was a wooden/plastic shutter in the bathroom and it was broken, no alarm clock/ipod dock in the room, wall plug etc. were broken. Also the hotel has weird policy that no visitor can come to see you after 6:00 PM, so if you've friends in town, plan to meet them outside the hotel otherwise you'll be embarrassed in front of your friend when the hotel staff will deny you from taking them to your room. Hotel staff are very polite, they will say "No" to most of the things you ask for, but they say very politely and they will sorry also because they are not able to help. Breakfast was good, served hot, couldn't try onsite restaurant as as I was mostly out during lunch and couldn't try dinner as I was meeting my friends outside hotel because of hotel's weird policy. Overall, I'll NOT recommend this hotel to anyone specially when there are so many alternatives. If you don't find any other newer hotels during your stay then its ok to stay there, hotel's location is pretty good and you've many malls at walking distance to spend your evening and try some local restaurants.

All good but pathetic WIFI
WIFI was pathetic in the hotel. I had booked a room with a higher price simply because it had WIFI included in it. I regret doing it, I had to follow up more than 3 times to get the WIFI working & it was very slow It's the lifeline for people who are travelling on business! Wouldn't recommend this for business travellers

a good business hotel
Bristol hotel is overall a good place to stay, slightly old structure but it is clean and neat. Neighbourhood is populated with Malls, so shoppers can have good time roaming around.

Gutes Hotel, gute Lage, hilfsbereites Personal
War angenehm, das Hotel, direkt an der Metro gelegen, viele kleinere Shopping Malls in der Umgebung. Leute sehr nett, und hilfsbereit, aber nicht alles klappt-eben Indien, Internet ist Glückssache, Stom ist öfters weg. Müssen Ihren teueren Taxiservice verkaufen, etwas nervig.
