One-night stay @Palm D'or
Perfect position for all the attractions and shopping places. Well fitted and very comfortable room. Staff were extremely well trained and polite. They acted like they were our friends, and provided us useful information about the city and near sites.

Fantastico albergo che abbia mai stati
Il gestore dell'Hotel era molto attento e sempre risposto alle mie tutte le domande. La camera era pulita e di dimensioni adeguate. La posizione è ottima per esplorare tutti i punti di riferimento della città. Vorrei sicuramente rimanere ancora lì.

Il personale era eccellente, non avrebbe potuto essere più disponibile. La camera era molto spaziosa e c'era un sacco di spazio in camera per i bagagli. La posizione era ottima. Vicino a tutti i monumenti, negozi e molti buoni ristoranti. Nel complesso il soggiorno e il valore è stato grande.

Comodo e Conveniente Luogo
Posto molto pulito e bella con grande attenzione ai dettagli. La posizione è buona. Nelle vicinanze i tutte le attrazioni e trasporti. Il personale è stato molto cortese. Ristorante dell'hotel era eccellente con ottimi pasti. Complesso ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.

Vicinanza al centro e alla stazione ferroviaria
Vasta scelta di albergo per la sua vicinanza alla stazione ferroviaria e al centro. Niente era di troppo disturbo per Il personale dell'albergo. Erano estremamente cordiale e disponibile. Camera era perfetta e molto spaziosa, pulita e confortevole, il letto era estremamente confortevole troppo. Il cibo era eccellente, anche delizioso e il servizio è stato ottimo.

Struttura confortevole e buona posizione
Molto buono hotel in un intero posizione molto buona. Le camere sono confortevoli con wifi gratuito. Non abbiamo passare un sacco di tempo in albergo, ma hanno trovato il personale della gentile e ci sono un sacco di vicino negozio.

Very friendly hotel in a good location.
It was a great hotel in the center of the city. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby. The room was smallish but well appointed, warm and cozy. The mini bar was not too expensive and the bathroom was modern with some free toiletries and hair dryer. Everything spotlessly clean. The staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was fine wtih some hot food. We spent a great time at this hotel and had no complaints at all.

Middle of everything.
Had a very lovely big room, the staff were excellent and the breakfast was varied and delicious. The hotel was centrally located with the shopping area around the hotel and the train and metro stations just a short walk away.

Good staff support.
The hotel is located in a busy market street and provides you with almost anything from travel options to dining and even money transfers and travel center for tour packages and stuff and if not the hotel itself has a good travel desk for the same purpose. The rooms are not overly glammed or underdone but is done in a good taste that caters to space and comfort of its guests. The housekeeping was really good in maintain and cleaning our rooms and the restaurant was a good option for food.

Staff were very cooperative and friendly. Food was also good and freshly prepared. Not only room the entire hotel was kept neat and clean. Transport is easily available, they also have a travel desk too. The cons are: Being close to railway station the road is bit congested and it was little confusing as the outside hotel board read as Palm D'or instead of Trimrooms Palm D'or. Above all I enjoyed my stay here, I would recommend this hotel to all.

Used bedsheets with lots of hair, no light in the bathroom, no hot water , lots of free insects, dangerous neibourhood ultimately a burglar entering the room at 2 am using the master key.

The room floor was not very clean. The AC was switched off automatically in the morning. There was no body soap in the bathroom, and there was only one towel. Room size was decent. TV and Colling were good. They gave complimentary water. The location was very convenient.

De foto's van dit hotel zijn erg misleidend. De kamer was niet schoon en de douche ook niet. Op de dag van aankomst viel er alleen koud water uit de kraan. Ons werd verteld dat ze de boiler direct zouden resetten. Na een uur gewacht te hebben weer verhaal gaan halen, hierbij werd ik niet serieus genomen en niet gehoord door de oudere meneer aan de balie. Vervolgens bleek dat de boiler die avond niet meer gemaakt zou worden en dat ze ons alleen een emmer met warm water konden aanbieden. Verder is het erg gehorig en hoor je ook veel geluid van buiten. 's Nachts kan het zomaar zijn dat er onbekende mensen aan je deur staan te kloppen en te zingen. Ook hebben we meerdere nachten hard geschreeuw (ruzie) gehoord in het gebouw en is het alarm meerdere nachten gaan loeien, wederom geen verklaring hiervoor gekregen. Er vlogen rioolvliegjes door onze kamer en na het douchen stond de hele badkamer en toilet blank wegens het ontbreken van een douchegordijn. Verder hing er geen gordijn voor het raam maar een vies vergeeld laken die met punaises was vastgemaakt. Het ontbijt was de moeite van het vroege opstaan niet waard. In plaats daarvan kan je nog beter een ontbijtje halen bij een van de vele straattentjes rondom het hotel. Enige pluspunt: het hotel zit op nog geen 5 min lopen van het new delhi treinstation

The Hotel was located in a convenient location, very close to the New Delhi Rail Station. The Staffs were friendly. The condition of the Hotel room was unsatisfactory. The door lock was not working, there was no shower curtain, and the toilet flush was not also working. The breakfast was very basic. I ordered chicken chowmien for dinner. It took 35 minutes to come. The food was very salty and not tasty.

Overall the hotel was fine. The staff are pleasant and helpful, however, I am an older single woman travelling alone, I am also very experienced travelling in 3rd world countries. I had arranged for a shuttle which didn't show. It was a confirmed booking.They told me to get a taxi. On arrival at the hotel they denied any shuttle booking. Later it was clear that it had indeed been confirmed. To me this was a safety concern. They apparently didn't agree. The other issue was that it is situated in a very bad area and discouraged you from going out at night and certainly challenged you during the day. The description is not clear of the hotel's surroundings.

Value for money, ideal location, excellent service
The hotel is situated close to the Railway station but at the same time only 15 mins walk from the city centre. The rooms are well serviced and with a buffet breakfast it is really value for money. The restaurant has also some typical dishes and with very efficient staff.

Great location and also quiet
This hotel is in a perfect location for walking to all of the sites that you want to see in Delhi. We were worried if it'd be quiet in the room, as Delhi’s night life is bustling. We could hear no outside noise at all. The price was right.

Less than average.
The Hotel is not more than ok. It is old and the hygiene is not so good. The room and the interior is old and used. Don’t order spring rolls - two of us got sick from it.

Nice reception staff, really service minded. Loud and noisy cleaning staff shouting in the corridor. Bad smell of maybe mold in booth my rooms.

Excellent value for money
Very clean property and the surrounding area is full of nice restaurants, shops and cafes. The room was quite good and well maintained. Bathroom itself was bit tiny and layout was not very impressive, but good overall. The staff was excellent. They helped organize taxis to and from the airport at a good price.

Great rooms - excellent value
Quality of the room and value were an unexpected treat for us. The room was very well maintained with good amenities, and the bathroom was clean. Price was affordable, excellent value overall.

Best convenience & comfort
Booked this hotel since it is within walking distance of both - the train station and metro. Very convenient for the city center too. Room was nice, very clean and the bathroom was well maintained with good quality toiletries.

Excellent stay, good location. A quick walk to the train station. The welcome was warm, very helpful reception staff. We loved our room because it was very clean and most importantly, it had all the basic amenities that we needed most.

Personal war sehr freundlich mit schnellen Ein- und Auschecken, und sie waren sehr gut informiert über die Stadt und ihre Sehenswürdigkeiten. Badezimmer war schön und das Zimmer war sehr geräumig. Ganz weit vom Flughafen entfernt, aber bequem mit dem Taxi erreichbar.

Spacious, clean and well equipped bathroom and rooms, WiFi worked very well and the view from the rooftop was good. The staff were lovely, especially in the restaurant. Breakfast and dinner, both are delicious and of good quality.

Beautiful and comfortable hotel
Location of this hotel could not be more perfect, it is located in the middle of the town and all the famous attractions are very close from it. Hotel room was wonderful - clean, big and comfortable with best soundproof. Restaurant was good and the food choices were extensive. I'm looking forward to staying in this beautiful hotel again.

Don't get fooled by 4.0/5 rating
There were a lot of problems: 1. Bed bugs were found on sheets. I reached at 03:30 in night after my flight was delayed. Had no energy to argue for refund. They just replaced sheets. 2. You had to ask for towels. Towels were of really bad quality. 3. There are 2 complimentary water bottles. Only one was given. 4. Only positive thing was they started breakfast at 06:30 rather than their usual 07:00 am time because I requested that.
