It was relatively clean; just the ceiling fan needed to be cleaned.It included so many things for the beach scene with chairs, umbrella. “Location, location - this property definitely has it. Our host Denise was very accommodating, accessible and promptly responded to any of our needs. Property is less than a 5 minute walk to one of Boca's many beautiful beaches and parks. Down the street are local restaurants and shoppes and downtown Boca is a short drive or walk away. “This property offered the privacy of an individual suite, but the perks of conversing with other vacationers during breakfast. Breakfast consisted of options for toast/English muffin, three types of cereal, muffins, fruit in a cup, yogurt, coffee and some type of fresh made frittata or quiche. “We enjoyed the property and everything we needed was in the home. We enjoyed having coffee together in the private yard. The kitchen had a full size range and refrigerator. The kitchen was stocked with dinnerware, glassware and pots and pans. The king sized bed was comfortable and the bathroom and shower were more than adequate. The home is on a quiet street and the area felt safe. Thank you to the host for making the home inviting and comfortable. ”

It took a while to have someone deliver clean sheets, etc.; but ALL was GOOD, the cleaning crew did a great job the next day, and Management was super responsive and accommodating.
