  • Questa casa ben posizionata riunisce pratiche eco-consapevoli e lusso in stile spiaggia in un'atmosfera rilassata. È stato completamente rinnovato e progettato con l'intento di offrire ai nostri ospiti una vera esperienza a 5 stelle.

    La casa è stata decorata e progettata professionalmente con caratteristiche e finiture di alto livello, come finiture Pecky Cypress, ripiani in quarzo Carrera, armadietti soft-close, lenzuola e biancheria di lusso di Parachute, materassi pillow top, ecc. La cucina è aperta e luminosa e ottima per cenare o intrattenere con un'isola gourmet e un'area bar / vino completa.

    Abbiamo fornito tutte le pentole, l'argenteria e i condimenti essenziali come ketchup, senape, sale, pepe, olio d'oliva, ecc. Inoltre, abbiamo una nuova macchina da caffè Kuerig con caffè, tè e cioccolata calda gratuiti.

    La cucina si apre su una grande e aperta sala della Florida dove abbiamo un comodo tavolo da pranzo che si affaccia sul cortile.

    Nel soggiorno, abbiamo una Smart TV da 50 "con un pacchetto completo di cavi incluso HBO. Il WiFi ad alta velocità è incluso con velocità fino a 150 mbps, che dovrebbe essere ampio per tutti gli ospiti, compresi i viaggiatori d'affari.

    Entrambe le camere sono state progettate con gusto con materiali e colori naturali che offrono un ambiente rilassante e tranquillo. La camera da letto 1 ha un lussuoso letto king size e la camera da letto 2 ha un letto a castello con due (2) materassi di peluche QUEEN. Ogni camera ha un armadio con ampi appendiabiti, portapacchi e cassettiera, insieme a specchi a grandezza naturale.

    Insieme al resto della casa, anche il bagno è stato rinnovato e ha una vasca da bagno, lenzuola di paracadute e armadio per la biancheria. Forniamo saponi, shampoo, ecc ...

    Nel garage troverete una lavatrice / asciugatrice (detersivo incluso); un kit da spiaggia con sedie, asciugamani, ombrellone, giochi per bambini e borsa da spiaggia; e un tavolo da ping pong.

    L'ampio spazio esterno nel cortile è completamente recintato e ha un bellissimo patio con finitrice e amaca.

    Oltre al tavolo da ping pong, abbiamo una PlayStation 4 (solo un paio di giochi) e una vasta gamma di giochi da tavolo. La smart TV ha varie app, come Spotify e Netflix, a cui gli ospiti possono accedere con le informazioni del proprio account.

    La casa è completamente protetta con Hurricane Impact Windows e un sistema di allarme.

    Ci piace incontrare gli ospiti ogni volta che è possibile, ma abbiamo anche il check-in automatico con smart lock sulla porta d'ingresso.

    Il paesaggio è un paradiso tropicale pieno di palme ed è mantenuto professionalmente su base settimanale.

    La posizione della casa è idealmente situata nel desiderabile quartiere del Lago Ida in una tranquilla strada adatta alle famiglie; e solo un miglio dalla spiaggia, centro tennis e ristoranti del centro e vita notturna. Una nuova pista ciclabile conduce comodamente gli ospiti direttamente nel Pineapple Grove Arts District e nel cuore del centro di Delray Beach.

    Come residenti di Delray Beach con una profonda conoscenza della zona, siamo in grado di offrire consigli su una varietà di attività, ristoranti, ecc ...

    Per gli ospiti con bambini / neonati, possiamo mettere a disposizione vari articoli come parco giochi, culla, seggiolone, girello e seggiolino auto appena nato.

Great house and amazing location!

My partner and I stayed here for a little less than a week and had an incredible experience. House was clean and well stocked with what visitors would need. The location was amazing and just a short walk/drive from everything in town. If we ever visit Delray Beach again, without a doubt we would rebook here!

We really enjoyed our time in this house! We spent 5 days there for spring break and couldn't have asked for a more pleasant experience. The home was clean and stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Great location with short drives to many amazing restaurants and beaches! Josh was a wonderful host, quickly responding to all of our questions and making sure we had everything we needed. He went above and beyond when we returned home and realized our son had left his beloved stuffed animal behind!

Delray Ideal Location

The property was just as pictured on VRBO. The owner is very attentive to all details and wants to ensure your stay if just perfect. He is a pleasure to deal with and super responsive. The property is very modern and clean. It is well stocked for an easy stay, We will return again!

Holiday Trip

Our family has had a presence in Delray Beach for decades. As the generations of our family have grown, we have found the need to utilize properties close by our home base. This property fit the bill perfectly. Great communication, clean, and close to everything.

Very nice place

We stayed for a month this winter. The house has been completely redone and is very comfortable. New kitchen, tile throughout, etc. It's got clean lines and good style. The neighborhood is excellent. The owners are nearby and whenever we asked for something, it was done in a few hours. Very nice and accommodating. Bring your bikes because it is near 2nd Ave, which has a bike lane nearly all the way to Atlantic Ave. Very nice stay, very comfortable.

A perfect winter retreat!

My husband and I stayed here Nov 2020 - Jan 2021 and everything was exactly as pictured! Location is awesome, house is great, primary bed is extremely comfortable, kitchen stocked, and we can't say enough good things about Josh. He is very responsive and on top of any requests we had regarding the house or even restaurant recommendations. We very much enjoyed our little snowbird getaway to Delray Beach and look forward to returning to 106 highland lane again!

This property is delightful. The street is quiet but a short walk to Atlantic. It has everything you could want and Josh and Kelly were there for anything we wanted help with. We visit Delray frequently and will definitely stay again.

Wish we could have stayed longer!

We rented for a month but left after two weeks, we returned to Canada due to the Covid-19 virus outbreak. We were sad to leave. The house was modern, clean, uncluttered, and comfortable, with a nice open living area. The bathroom was fine, the bedrooms spacious, and the linens top notch. I even wanted to ask where they bought the duvets etc, as they were so comfy. Beds were too! I had to buy a few things for the kitchen, as it wasn't set up for someone wanting to cook much (as we were there for a month, we didn't eat out all that much). There wasn't a lot of lawn furniture, but we were comfortable enough and the patio lights were fun. The hanging indoor chair in the sunroom was a hit with kids and adults alike !! Hoping to be able to plan another trip maybe next year, and we will certainly rent this home again if we can.

Amazing stay again

This was our second time staying at the property . We love it . The beds are so comfortable . The decor is relaxing - the location is perfect - quiet neighborhood but easy walk to town and to beach - Also Go to French bakery and get croissants and coffee if you stay here !

Josh was an awesome host . Everything was perfect and it was the easiest check in I’ve ever had .

The house is beautiful . Amazing style and the beds were unbelievably comfortable . The indoor chair was such a cute touch . We loved the string lights in the backyard and sitting on the hammock . The location is perfect and only a five minute drive or 20 minute walk into town . We would definitely stay here again . My son loved playing with the beach toys they provided. It was probably the best place we’ve stayed at this far .

Perfect!

Josh and Kelly were fantastic and really easy to deal with. They thought of every detail and more. This is a beautiful home in a great location,quite neighborhood but still within walking distance to Atlantic Ave. Its perfect for families,couples or friends getaway.The finishes are all high end and tastefully decorated. We loved the "Parachute" sheets and towels. We really enjoyed the ping pong table and backyard fire pit. We highly recommend this property! Laura and Keith will be back!
