Riassunto: The Grove è un rifugio tranquillo nel cuore di Delray Beach! Un ambiente tropicale passi dalla spiaggia, negozi e ristoranti. The Grove una residenza privata singola storia. Soggiorno di una settimana, un mese o rilassarsi :) :)
Spazio. Completamente arredato, pulito e confortevole. Abbiamo la connessione Wi-Fi e il parcheggio. Tutte le unità si aprono ad un ampio cortile con tavoli e ombrelloni. Anche un 15'x40 'piscina riscaldata con sedie a sdraio.
Azioni Inter: C'è un ufficio proprietà- gli orari di ufficio sono Martedì-Sabato 10:00-06:00. Se avete bisogno di qualcosa in più come-asciugamani / sedie a sdraio / colpo o se avete domande o dubbi ci sarà qualcuno per aiutarvi. C'è anche il personale di manutenzione all'interno della struttura, Lunedi-Venerdì 09:00-05:00, e un gestore di proprietà che è possibile chiamare dopo ore se avete domande.

Loved the location, property itself was “tired”. Wouldn’t take a whole lot to improve. I found the dressers very frustrating. The beds were comfortable but frames made terrible noises. Living room was somewhat updated but the bedrooms were rough.

We enjoyed the location for many reasons: Beach, ice cream, food options, shopping all within walking distance... pictures represent the house well.

You'll love the place and the location is amazing. Neat, clean and perfect spot for a beach vacation. If you like to walk, then you don't need a rental car. If you need a big trip just Uber!

The apartment is nice and located on a quiet street, very close to the beach and walking distance from downtown Delray. We had a great time! The reasons I cannot give a better rating for the property are due to two (minor) issues we encountered: 1) When we arrived the property seemed to have had the thermostat on the high end and the rooms "smelled" a bit. We needed to buy some air fresheners and run the ceiling fans to take care of the issue. 2) We found cockroaches in one of the bathrooms and in one of the rooms. We let the manager know about the second issue and he acted promptly and took care of it. A pest control company came, did "their thing" and the pest problem was gone. Overall, I would recommend the property to anyone!

Due to plumbing issues, we had to stay in another unit than the one we had originally booked. It didn't matter though, because the one we got was similar. The unit was clean and had everything thing you needed. The location is great. Just a block away from the beach and a short walk to downtown Delray.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Grove condo. The location was perfect! it is literally 1 block walk to the beach, A1A, restaurants and Atlantic Avenue shops. The condo is perfect for a family of 4 with 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, family room to hang out, and well equipped kitchen. We could rent chairs and umbrellas on the beach or just hang out by our own pool. I would give it 5 stars if it had a view, but would definitely stay again :-)

Easy walk to beach and Atlantic Ave. where all the restaurants and shops are located. Very friendly town!

Loved the location... perfect fir walking beaching eating drinking... condos outside area well maintained and peaceful... our condo was clean ... but could use a little updating with deco and furniture. Consudering we were not there to sit and entertain it wirked out quite well. I would definitely stay at the grove again

The property is in a great location with walking distance to shopping and 2 blocks to the beach. The size was perfect for 4 adults and the pool was a bonus! I would recommend this property for the money!
