Located above the garage of the main estate (with its own private alley entrance), the studio is completely independent and does not share access to the pool or outdoor entertaining areas of the main home.

Inside, you’ll find a spacious open floor plan with high-end finishes, featuring a king bed, twin bed, comfortable sectional lounge, and a dining table for four — please note that there is no separate bedroom, as the studio is designed as an open-concept space. The kitchenette includes a refrigerator, cooktop, microwave convection oven, and essentials for simple meal prep.

A large walk-in closet, beautiful walk-in shower, in-unit washer/dryer, and private outdoor patio with BBQ grill complete this thoughtfully designed space.
