Breathtaking waterfront 4 bedroom / 4.5 bath luxury property is picturesquely located on a deep water canal just 1/2 block from the Intracoastal. This dream home has a resort style waterfront backyard with a pool, jacuzzi, built-in grill, outdoor bar, patio furniture and plenty of seating for relaxing or entertaining. Take a walk out to the 90 foot dock to soak in the views or fish from the comfort of your own home. The 3,662 square foot home boasts spacious accommodations for up to 8 guests comfortably.

Bright and airy living room with waterfront views and high vaulted ceilings, well-equipped gourmet kitchen with three ovens, dining area, family room (with fireplace, wet bar and Subzero wine fridge), powder room, laundry room and two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms located downstairs. Both living room and family room have sliding glass doors giving you an open air feeling.

Upstairs, you'll find a spacious master bedroom retreat with fireplace, his and her walk-in closets, large wrap-around balcony with seating area, master bath with his and her vanity areas, large shower and soaking tub. Additional king size bedroom with private bathroom, and an open loft/office area with desk and water views perfect for those working remotely. Dual zone air conditioning, LED recess lighting and ceiling fans, multiple flat-screen TV's throughout the home, a two car garage and an alarm system.

We also offer complimentary 4 adult cruiser bikes (incuding bike lock and bike helmets) for use around the area, as well as beach chairs, coolers, fishing rods and sand toys. We also have a pack-n-play and high chair at the house for young toddlers and babies. The home is also pet friendly for an addiitonal fee so please feel free to bring your fluffy pooches to our beautiful vacation villa.

Your stay includes 4 comfortable cushioned lounge chairs and/or 2 double cabanas (only in season), 2 side tables and 2 umbrellas every day of your stay set up by Oceanside Beach Service - operating from Deerfield Beach to Jupiter Beach, Florida. Just show them your card and they will set up chairs and umbrellas for you. If you need extra chairs they can provide those as well for an additional fee. Enjoy the most beautiful beaches on Florida’s Atlantic Coast!

If you'd like to bring your boat along on your trip, you can dock directly at our home for a $1000 docking fee. The dock is 90 feet (and has power). It's connected directly to the Intracoastal with no fixed bridges. There are built in ladders on the dock, however we are not equipped with a lift. The home is the perfect place for a boat, whether you want to dock just to cruise the Intracoastal, drop anchor and swim in Lake Boca or hit the ocean for some amazing fishing!
