“Stayed 3 days. Asked to clean the room. They take note and forget it! Then they knock the door at 10 pm... too late. No complimentary water or toiletries. Receptionist doesnt know if the room was prepaid or not. They refuse to print the invoice. After complaines eventually they print it but the room rate is wrong. They insist that their systems dont fail. Shuttle from the airport very dirty. The restaurant has just few things at an exhorbitant price”

“The room was very clean and spacious. We had an issue with the air but maintenance came in a timely manner to get it fixed which was great. Breakfast each morning was very good and well organized. The staff was very courteous and nice especially since we were there for the holidays, they always greeted us and asked if there was anything we need. I would stay again!”
