“We loved this place, great customer service, clean modern rooms and beautiful views from our balcony. It was quiet, relaxing and one of the best places we’ve stayed at near Daytona shores. ”

“The property did not have the best "curb appeal". But once we got to our room, room was clean and nice and cold. It was a very small room, but once again clean. The bathroom is a little worn, could use a soft renovation. Our 22 year old son was with us so it was very close quarters for the 3 of us. The pool area was very busy and some garbage, but once again, it was July 4th weekend. Would we stay there again if we were in a pinch? We would.”

“The owner MEVER left us with instructions- we were left to our devices on Dec 31T 7 pm- my family was extremely disappointed we will never use your services again and we will recommend everyone no to use it either—-”

“Air conditioner made noise , and I was already told the property had construction!”

“The condo was perfect. Very Nice, clean and well equipped with what is needed. Enjoyed our 10 day stay immensely. Will return !”

“Room was very clean…unfortunately, not only was the pool under construction, from a 2yr old hurricane, but the entire property was under construction. Aside from that hurdle, we had a really nice time. Sunrise was amazing!! Nights were calm & quiet…restaurant on the Sun Glo Pier was affordable & delicious ”

“The only positive thing about this property is its proximity to the beach. Unfortunately, everything else was a major disappointment. The listing advertised 1.5 bedrooms, but in reality, there was barely one. Instructions were unclear, and we didn’t even know how to properly lock the door, which left us feeling uncomfortable and unsafe. The kitchen was poorly equipped—yes, there was a microwave, but there were no basic items to actually heat or prepare meals. We’ve used VRBO many times before...

“Great nice clean”

“Love this location. Right on the beach with a pool and close to downtown NSB. The room had everything we needed.”

“Easy walk to beach & out the door & few steps to the pool! Host was great! Cleaning staff needs to up their skills! ”

“First thing first could not lock the sliding glass door. It was actually broken. Towel in the bathroom look like they used it to clean floor big brown stains on it. The grout in bathroom brown from mold or whatever. Could not contact manager for hours and then they would not offer new room or money back. Had the nerve to tell us the owner stayed in that room but there is no way in hell they would stay in that room. Lost over 600 because they would not help. Total trash of a place.”

“Make sure you do not park on the side of the Coastal Waters Property where the pool gates lead out to. You will be ticketed during the day and towed overnight.”

“Just was great and very good communication. Home was clean and felt very welcoming. Would definitely stay here again. Great location”

“Close to Flagler and walking distance to fishing. I was able to park my boat trailer on property which was a huge plus. And its right next to the boat ramp and the best coffee in NSB, Islander. Great stay!”

“Great little place to stay! Everything looked new and beautiful! Nice view of the beach and it was so CLEAN! ”

“Great spot! Convenient to everything NSB offers! Highly recommend”

“To start off, the communication with the host was excellent. Very receptive and helped with a toilet issue we had right away by getting a plumber out fairly quick. Very clean house. Location was very good. Especially having a DG Market so close as well as a quick walk to the beach. There was only one bathroom which sucks but we knew going in. The bathroom sink was clogged with blonde hair ( none of us are blonde). And the toilet was backed up slightly when we checked in but I had hoped it would...
