The decoration is arty (it is partly a former artist's studio).<br>We also guarantee accommodation with impeccable sanitary conditions, totally private and independent (access, terrace), quiet, in a green setting and a privileged hamlet.<br><br>The accommodation<br>In a family chalet, we recently created this apartment (60m2), with a totally independent access and comprising two rooms:<br>- A large living room with recent and equipped kitchen (an oven + microwave + dishwasher), a modern Italian design wood stove, living room, and a comfortable 180cm sofa bed.<br>- A bedroom with a 160 cm bed + TV and 1 bathroom with shower; the toilet is separate.<br><br>The apartment also has a private and sunny outdoor wooden terrace.<br><br>Possibility of charging for electric vehicles in the parking lot.<br><br>The chalet is in Vauvray, a very popular place for its luxury chalets, its calm and its sunshine, 2.5 km from Megève, facing Mt Blanc.<br><br>Megève is a famous and chic ski resort, a member of the very exclusive best of the alps club. The centre of the village, remarkable in particular because it has preserved the traditional architecture of the country, is 2 km from our hamlet.<br><br>The ski slopes of La Princesse, Jaillet (Megève) and Combloux are 1.5 km away by car. A bus stop, 100 m. from the house, also serves the ski lifts and the city center of Megève.<br><br>There are many activities and entertainment in Megève and the surrounding area (Combloux, Praz/Arly) in summer and winter, both sporting and touristic and cultural for adults and children (swimming pool and Olympic ice rink, 18-hole golf course, tennis, horse riding, bars, restaurants, cinema, shopping, shows, spas, art galleries...).<br><br>In summer, in addition to the Olympic swimming pool and the brand new aquatic ludo complex of the Palais des Sports in Megève, there are many lakes where you can swim in the area.<br><br>From the house, you can also go, for a day, to Chamonix, Geneva or Annecy for example, which are great places to visit.<br><br>Wired high-speed internet access and wi fi, washing machine and dryer, private parking, independent terrace and garden, accessible garage with possibility of storage (skis for example or any other equipment or luggage)<br><br>Bed linen and towels are provided.
