The first floor features an open floor plan living area with a built-in gas fireplace and a DVD/monitor with surround sound, a dining area with both a breakfast bar and a separate dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, plus a laundry cubby with a full size washer and dryer, one bedroom with 1-king sized bed, and an en-suite master bathroom with a two compartment sink, a large glass enclosed shower, a separate soaker tub, plus an additional compartment with another wash basin and toilet. Ascending the staircase to the second floor reveals one bedroom with 1-king sized bed, another bedroom with 1-queen sized bed, and one full bathroom. Just outside the rear entrance is a brand new composite deck with a new hot tub, and an outdoor gas grill. This pet-friendly family vacation home will sleep up to 6-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy).PLEASE NOTE: WiFi service is now available in our area, and provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use.
