Cozy apartment in an excellent location with beautiful views of the Port of Denia and two steps from the town center, on the second floor with a lift and a balcony.
 
The apartment is distributed in 2 small bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, an open kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed for 1 or 2 people and a balcony with magnificent views of the port. The house is fully equipped with a hot/cold air conditioner, TV, wifi, washing machine, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, fridge, portable oven, folding dining table and chairs, etc. The house is ideal for 4 people, but it also has a sofa bed in the living room for 1-2 more people maximum.
 
Very favorable situation opposite the Port of Denia and just 700 m from the sandy Escoyera beach, right next to several shops and restaurants, 500 m from supermarkets and 200 m from the center of Denia.The area of Denia at the lovely Costa Blanca is the perfect holiday destination. Enjoy the mild climate all year round, long sandy beaches and the most beautiful green back country. Denia provides a very good infrastructure and a huge offer of leisure activities, a mondern Marina and a fishing port, an attractive historic centre and an enormous choice of good restaurants. Last but not least an interesting night live! The diversified 20 km long sandy beach offers something for everyone, water sport activities, calm areas, beach bars, cliffy bays in the nature reserve, great for diving and snorkeling. Denia is situated exactely between Valencia and Alicante, from both airports the holiday home can be reached within about 1 hour. Within 20 minutes to max. 1 hour you can reach several other lovely places on the coast, i.e. Javea, Calpe, Altea, Benidorm, an Alicante in the south, as well as Oliva, Gandia and Valencia in the north. Also a trip to the back country is worth to do, you will see lots of orange groves, almond trees and quaint villages between green hills and mountains.
