“We hebben een lekkere week Dénia gehad in dit huis. Airco in de woonkamer/keuken zou wel fijn geweest zijn. En een vast tarief voor energie verbruik geeft wat meer comfort, gewoon de huurprijs per week verhogen. Goeie bedden, lekker stevig. Altijd een plekje uit de zon rondom het huis. Erg fijn!”

“Heel fijn Vila met een groot zwembad. Kamers waren super ruim en fijn, elke kamer heeft een eigen badkamer op twee slaapkamers na. Fernando de huis baas is een super aardige man, staat 24/7 voor je klaar! Locatie is super dicht bij het strand, en supermarkten op 2 min rijden. Wij komen zeker een keertje terug!!”

“Fantastic property, our second visit. Since last year all new air conditioning has been fitted and the place has been kept updated and in pristine condition. The host is approachable and communicative and quickly sorts even the most minor issues. Highly recommended. ”

“Super Villa mit toller Aussicht.Sehr gut in der Küche ausgestattet. Es hat an nichts gefehlt.Einziger Nachteil ist der hohe Stromverbrauch des Hauses bzgl der Klimaanlage, je nach Zimmerwahl und Temperatur. Trotz das wir sparsam waren in die Klima in den Schlafzimmern ausgeschaltet haben war der Verbrauch höher als der inkludierte Verbrauch. Heisst wir durften noch etwas nachzahlen. Das wir nicht so schlimm. Leider hat sich der Verwalter aber um ca. 50 verrechnet. Das ist uns erst zu Hause...

“This is a lovely place. Very clean. Great views of the sea from the pool and patios. Comfortable lounge with big TV. There is even a piano. 3 comfortable rooms - 1 queen size double, 1 double and 1 twin room. 3 Bathrooms (1 with huge jacuzzi bath). Airconditioning throughout. Lots of space to sit outside - 1 dining area upstairs off the lounge, 1 by the pool under shade. Beautiful pool that was a nice temperature in June. Amazing extra kitchen by the pool with BBQ, fridge, hob and even a pizza...
